After working through everything we were able to come to a conclusion, get the project done. Two moving truck options fell through and the owners of this store worked with us so thoroughly-they went way beyond what normal customer service would entail: For example: in the rain, they attempted to put a hitch ball on my sister's car hitch, only to realize the electric tail light things weren't working. They undid all of that (in the cold rain) and put all the money towards a rental truck which did the trick. We even had it for longer than normal. I'm eternally grateful for their com passion, sense of humor and amazing customer service. I recommend them highly!

It honestly could've ended so much worse. Thankfully, they were available right away and able to tow us all the way to San Jose, which is where we were originally headed. Lorenzo helped us, and he was amazing--super friendly, communicative, and reassuring during a stressful time. On top of that, they gave us a really fair price. The only thing that dampened the experience a bit was the receptionist who answered the phone. She sounded like an older woman and came across as pretty rude. When I called back a second time because we had lost track of Lorenzo while following him, I asked where he was, and she responded with an attitude along the lines of, "What do you mean he's with you? He's supposed to be towing you guys," instead of trying to help calmly. I ended up just asking for his number. Aside from that interaction, everything else--especially Lorenzo's service--was excellent. He really turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience.

Recently I needed to buy an air control valve for my car and I had a price of $347 from the dealer. I went to Townsend because they've always done a computer search to help me find parts that were more reasonably priced. I walked out the door after paying $219 for the same part. They saved me $122! That's impressive! I've also bought parts for my classic car there! They sold me chrome lug nuts that I couldn't find anywhere else. And guess what? They have them in stock! I highly recommend the store for your automotive needs! Try it out... And save a chunk of change and remember... You'll always get service with a smile!
