He was very patient with me as I had no clue what I was doing. The lovely woman working was also very helpful (I unfortunately forgot her name) but she helped me put a new battery in my cars keys! She was extremely patient and calm even as another customer yelled in the store demanding service. She even brought me a tool to help pry open my keys. Props to this team! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They took four times to get my order and parts right. And proceeded to treat me like an inconvenient idiot for asking to have it right. First they got the wrong parts then put my order under someone else's information and then duplicated my order and double charged me. The whole time Terry (commercial account manager) was absolutely rude and swearing at me and making excuses. Then when speaking with Ben (store manager) first on the phone he kept interrupting me when I explained the situation and then hung up on me. I have worked in customer service for many years and in many roles so I know to keep my head and tone even and that it is hard dealing with people. This is no way to treat someone or to train your people. EVERYONE there just kept saying how "oh Terry or Ben are grumpy and having a bad day today" like it's a common accepted thing there. Melyssa was the only saving grace and kind person there and worked hard to make the situation right. Again don't go here. Went in to pick up a set of shocks I ordered. The young man who helped me said he could not find them and didn't know what to do about it. I said that is unaccceptable who can help me? His reply to me was don't get an attitude. I then talked to a manager who easily was able to order me my shocks.When I explained my dipleasure with the young man's poor customer service and toxic attitude his response was he is from NY. I told the manager I will not be shopping here any more due to this young man's poor performance. The thing was I never got upset. Pull the store video at 2:15-2:30 pm 9/7. Doubt Autozone will address it but there are plenty of stores I can buy my car parts from. Yours just won't be one of them anymore. Now it will take 3 trips to your store and gas is not cheap. Bought 4 calipers and had my wife return 4 cores. They gave her credit for 1 and she was too naive to check the receipt. Called and they told me to go to a random Autozone and beg for my money back even though I have the receipts and the receipt showing only 1 core returned. I have sadly had to dispute with my credit card now and will never do business with Autozone since they are thieves and can't count. read more

Run of the mill auto parts supplier. Not that great on service or attitude, but they have pretty much everything you need and their prices are competitive with the other joints in town. Place is kind of hard to get in and out of from Parker Rd and the parking lot hasn't been maintained in many years so that gives it kind of a run down feel. It's okay. read more

I went into this Auto Zone in Parker Colorado. I was getting some windshield wipers. There was a elderly man that his badge said he was a manager. He showed me the most expensive wipers. He was very persistent about the wipers. Anyway I decided that maybe I should buy the expensive wipers. When I went up to the register with him, I realized it was going to cost around $90. He just kept talking and kind of bullying me into buying the wipers. I told him when he was going to ring them up that I wanted to go look at them again. I told the elderly gentleman that I didn't want to pay that much money. The elderly Manager said to me, "is this going to take all day". I found His behavior To be very rude. I decided to leave that moment and I turned around and told him that he really shouldn't have talked that way to me. I told him his behavior was unacceptable. I've been going this AutoZone for years. I have never been treated this way in AutoZone before. I will not go back if this elderly manager is there. I feel the manager was lazy and didn't want the business. Shame on him and on AutoZone for having him treat people in a very disrespectful manner. read more

me and my buddy were repairing a rubber bracket that keeps a high pressure power steering line stable during driving. when we got to the store to try and get a new bracket they did not have one in stock. we were helped by Randy and as a compromise he helped us repair the bracket with a previously returned rubber glue that ended up sealing and repairing the bracket quickly and effectively, and free of charge. Randy's customer service was beyond excellent while helping us through this and his hospitality is something to be rewarded for. I will be returning to this store in the future. read more

Made a online order. Called the store to check status of my order 2 hrs later. Worker didn't know anything about my order and said it was in fulfillment. Everything I ordered online showed available and in store for pickup. All I was getting was 3 filters and 3 gallons of oil. 15 minutes after talking to the store I got a email saying my order has been cancelled due to them not being able to fulfill. This all took place on 6/18/22 as of 6/23/22 my money for the order still hasn't been refunded and the store manager is not returning my phone calls. Will no longer do business here. Going to give it a few more days and then I am going to corporate and further if need be. read more

Let's just start out with that my license plate was falling off kept putting screws in and it would not hold went to AutoZone and Joseph B, personally took care of me made sure that we got the right screws for my vehicle and he came outside and took the screwdriver and fixed it and then he had to go back in and get a different side because it wasn't the right size because my car is dumb but Joseph B was amazing and I want to thank him very much for his kindness and he did a great customer service job read more

I had a great experience at Auto Zone. John, the Sales Manager, personally assisted me in selecting the correct rear light bulbs and mounting hardware for my car. The taillight was glitching and causing problems. I made my purchases and headed out to my car. John saw me struggling with how to take out the old parts and put in the new ones. I can't say that I visit auto stores very often, but there was this one time. My brother was visiting and offered to re-show me how to do a few things on a car. We planned on knocking out an oil change, changing brake pads, changing spark plugs, and replacing headlamps in a car that has to have the entire bumper removed to access the headlamps. We go into the auto zone and walk through the store to buy our items and I was surprised that no one offered to help us find anything. That was a bit of a turn off, but once it came time to pay, it seemed like both associates were relatively positive and maybe they were with other customers the whole time. I don't know. That said, they offered to help us get an air filter that they didn't have in stock at the time. They called another store to have them hold it so we could go over and get it without it being sold in the mean time, so that was appreciated. Not great, but not horrible! 3 STARS FOR YOU! read more

Hours on website and iPhone maps shows they open at 8:00 on Sundays but they don't. I made a special trip to get something I really needed at 8:15 in the morning on Sunday, but when I got to the store the door was locked and some white hair bearded guy was sitting at the counter eating. When I tried to open the door, it was locked and he just looked up then went back to eating. Very frustrating. read more

I recently visited this Autozone seeking to have my check engine codes read. I patiently waited in line and when it was my turn, I asked the man if he could read the codes for me. His response was that he could only do it once all the people were out of the store. He was very quick with his response and I perceived it to be rude. There were several other AutoZone employees in the store, so it was not like he would be leaving the store unattended. I did not care care to wait, rather I drove to Advance Auto Parts, where they were, and have always been very helpful, and they read my codes. read more

In this case, I was buying a car battery and one helpful employee, Joshua, helped me find the correct battery, test it to make sure the battery was the thing that made my car break down several times, and then helped me to install the car battery. This was all done within a matter of minutes. I will DEFINITELY go to AutoZone for the next time I'm having trouble with my car. read more
