I stopped in today, after forgetting to check in at Advance Auto Parts, because O'Reilly supposedly had vinyl/fabric spray paint in a particular color. I have two bonded leather club chairs that were somewhat destroyed by a bad kitty. Disastro. He ignored scratching posts liberally sprinkled with catnip, and just attacked the chairs. Sticky tape finally stopped him, but too late. Then I read that you can sand the chairs and use vinyl paint designed for car seats to fix the mess. While I don't expect a perfect restoration, I think they'll look better. O'Reilly's website claimed that the color I needed was in stock. It was not. However, a very nice man looked it up. Denver had seven cans, of a brand twice as expensive. However, the color chart wasn't available on their system, so I had to guess. I guessed Saddle Tan. Turns out that I needed Camel. The man ordered the Saddle Tan, and said no biggie if I didn't want it. I asked about price matching, and he said they don't match online pricing, like Amazon, but could possibly match a brick and mortar price. So that's nice. Almost $27 for spray paint seems a bit much, especially since the other brand of vinyl/fabric paint is $8-11. Four stars for being patient and helpful, and also for having cheaper winter windshield washer fluid than Circle K. $4.79 for a giant jug. read more

came in battery less than a year old he said the voltage was too low to test, but it should be good. Took it to AutoZone. They were able to test it less than a minute and said bad battery so basically they just didn't wanna give me a new battery very sketchy people. then when I went back to tell him, he retested it and said oh yeah, it says bad battery now. I got a new battery, but I guarantee if I didn't have the receipt he wouldn't of gave me one. read more

I've been working on trying to replace the shocks and struts on my dodge truck for a while and thought I was missing some parts from a set of new shocks and struts. I went to a couple different places and they told me what I think they wanted me to hear, but the German I spoke with at O'Reilly Told me exactly what was going on and it helped immensely. This store is usually pretty good but not today. I've been waiting all day for an order which said would take an hour but I was too busy to come look for it(since I only had 20 minutes between jobs) and ordered pickup online. Instead of greeting me, 2 of them just looked at me like I had 3 heads as I walked up to the counter...didn't know what exactly to get for my car (needed coolant) and he acted like it was a problem telling me what to get for my car let alone the fact that he just told me what to get instead of helping me find it. The store was empty. What's the problem, I genuinely don't understand the unwelcome attitude. read more

I was in today because my AC started blowing warm air and Scott, the general manager really helped me out and gave me awesome advice as usual that probably saved me at least 300.00! He helped figure out that it probably just needed coolant when I thought the Schrader valve might need to be replaced. He is a former mechanic and so knowledgeable. I bought a refrigerant can and Scott made sure it was done correctly. Now it's blowing ice cold air. Thank you again Scott, and the entire team there is always so helpful! read more

The team at this store is absolutely incredible. I drive for Lyft and have used this store more than a few times in the last few months. Not only do they always have what I need, they have products that I didn't realize I needed to help my driving every day. The thing I appreciate the most about this store is that the team is always hands-on helpful in helping to install or guide small parts on the spot. Very helpful! I brought my 19 year old daughter (and her car) to have some codes checked to diagnosis a ,alfunction. The guy was very helpful and ran a second check on the battery / alternator to ensure we knew everything we could. After this quick and simple diagnosis, he helped us find the right parts and we were happy to pay for the parts and head home. This store was great! We were treated respectfully, and it was a great learning opportunity for my daughter. I HIGHLY recommend this store and will always go here. Unfortunate circumstances brought my daughter and I here twice in one day. We were blown away with the friendliness, knowledge and way above and beyond service we received. Keaton literally came out to the car to offer some muscle on a bolt we couldn't get lose in order to bring in the sample part into the store for replacement. Before we knew it the manager and the commercial manager were also offering help and advise as well. Women who don't know a lot about cars can feel pretty intimidated in places like this. I don't know it was kindness, chivalry, incredible service, or a perfect combination of all three?! We came away feeling so blessed not only because the car issue was remediated, but from a renewal of faith in human kindness. read more

Came in to drop off some oil. Things have changed. Before I could walk in the back and drop off my oil but now an associate working there has to do the oil. No worries since today was a slow day in the shop. Tyler was readily available to answer my questions on oil and oil filters. Directed me in getting the right oil filter for my car. Also answered my questions on air filters. I haven't been there to do any major car work but will be back. They seem to have the answers to my questions read more

A female manager at this store sold my sister a $100 HID headlamp for a 2009 Mazda 3 insisting that the car had HID headlamps. Not sure if she was blatantly taking advantage of my sister's ignorance of vehicles or just simply too lazy to look up the right part, but there's no reason she should have spent more than $20 for a new headlamp. read more

Went in this morning frantically needing new wiper blades for both of our cars, which we discovered the morning of a huge snowstorm. The two people working inside were not only quick and friendly, but pointed me to blades that were on sale so I could buy premium parts for mid-range prices. Then they went out in the snowstorm to change the blades for free. Super fast, super convenient, and super helpful. Definitely going back for all those little broken bits. read more

I have been to this location once and called another time. Both times I have been treated with care and the up most customer service. I spoke with Sam on the phone today, regarding a gas cap and he was very professional and helped answer all my questions .I am a female and sometimes it can be really uncomfortable not knowing all the ins and outs of what's under the hood. However, both times I got all my questions answered and left with the parts I needed! I only have positive things to say about this place and I will keep on coming back! They are great!!! read more

Niko was extremely helpful...As we pulled in to park noticed him helping a lady put the windshield wiper on her vehicle. Then as I strolled in to buy a battery he was right on it and even quickly changed out the old one for us.
