First time customer…read more I went to a few tire stores to see if I could get a TPMS sensor installed on my Toyota. It is very annoying in that the small screen gets useless as the warning keeps coming on. Anyway, the other stores, even the one I bought the tires from, said they only install on new tires. I stopped by to see what Gills could do. Lucas helped me out and tested all the TPMS and found the one that was bad. They even got me in the shop and out the door in amazing time. After a few blocks of driving, the problem went away. Lucas North is the type of person you want in front of customers. Friendly, no sales pressure or trying to fix other 'problems'. Highlands Ranch Big O! Absolutely a 5-star experience!…read more I can't say enough good things about this Big O Tires location. After purchasing four new Michelin tires for our car at another franchise in Summit County, this Highlands Ranch location was truly night and day! From the moment we walked in, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. The team was knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of us! They listened, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like my business was actually appreciated. This experience reminded me that the quality of service really does come down to the people running the location. Bobby and Victoria, along with the entire technician crew, are outstanding, competent, and respectful! This team set the bar high and completely restored our confidence in Big O Tires. Bottom line, if you're looking for a professional, honest, friendly, and customer-focused tire shop, I highly recommend the Highlands Ranch location! They absolutely earned every one of these five stars! Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back! !

So, I called a friend of mine who lives in Littleton and asked where I should go for tire repair. Now, I'm sure you're wondering why I didn't just ask said local friend for help. Well, I was meeting him later in the week at Estes Park for an event and he had already left the area and to ask him to return would have not been considerate to him as the event was a business event and he was there to make money. He highly recommended Plus One and told me who to ask for at the front desk. I followed his advice. It turned out my tire had a nail in it. The tire was patched for a reasonable $40 and put back on. I expressed my sincere thanks and was soon back on my way. I saved Plus One's information, and if I'm ever back in Denver and have a tire issue, I'll definitely return! Highly recommended! The staff was great, and the lobby was nice. I passed the time on a very comfortable leather couch. I would absolutely do business here again and will recommend them to anyone in the Littleton/Denver area who needs tire repair.
