2 years and 10k miles on a tire that went flat. Needed it repaired at big o for $381. Went into Firestone to ask for a new tire warranty and got the run around that with warranty a new tire installed work be north of $550. Been a loyal customer for 20 plus years for tires and repairs but they just lost my business. They couldn't explain the cost or the difference and just didn't care. read more

I wanted them to repair my tire that had a hole from a nail. The nail was not in there tire anymore and was leaking air fast in the center of the tire. A great location to patch. I pull up and they said they can fix it. I didn't want the tire to leak while waiting for them to pull it into the bay since I would be waiting for a while, so I stuck a plug in the hole to stop it from leaking. They said company policy is they can't put a patch on the tire now since I did that. How ridiculous read more

I took my car to Firestone for new tires and a synthetic oil change. Less than 3 months later and less than 2k miles the oil pressure light goes on. We check the oil and it's low and dirty. I take the car back to Firestone, and they tell me the new cars burn through an quart of oil month and maybe we have a leak. They can do a diagnostic. It's a 3 year old car, less than 20k miles and still under warranty. I took it to the dealership where they did a full inspection and oil change. No issues to be found. $100 mistake, buyer beware. read more

My car recently threw a low tire pressure alert just after leaving home. I stopped in to the new Firestone and asked if they could take a look. The attendant was very friendly and asked me to move my car to a bay to check. Lucky for both of us, he quickly saw a screw which had punctured my tire. Within a short period of time, the Firestone crew had pulled my tire, removed the screw, patched the hole, remounted and balanced with great service and a fair price. I will not hesitate to return! Made an appointment today for an alignment. When the time came, I went to the store 10 minutes early. However, the grizzly greasy guy at the front looked confused and said "Uh... I don't see anything here but we've been going back and forth today so we must not have got it put in. We can't get you in because we still have five cars to complete in two hours. Want to book for another day?" My easy answer - nope! Obviously, Firestone in the Parker stores are known for their weak technicians and lousy customer service - but I tried to give them a new chance today anyhow. My advice to someone who is wanting to use them is to believe the reviews and run for the hills with these guys. Now off to get an alignment at a real place like I should have in the first place. read more

**** BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION **** I went in for a simple oil change into this location. Left and everything seemed fine. Not 36 hours later my Tacoma started to experience low oil pressure. Check engine light turned on. Vehicle making horrible noises from the engine. Have towed back to Firestone. They had my vehicle two days and stated they did not know what was wrong. Had to have it towed to a Toyota Dealer. TOYOTA FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY OIL PAN. Firestone is denying all responsibility stating the plastic came off part from the manufacturing process. My vehicle has a 100k miles on it and they're trying to say it magically came off 36 hours after an oil change. PLEASE HEAD MY WARNING AND STAY AWAY BEFORE YOU HAVE TO PAY 1000K DOLLARS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. read more

Blew a tire on i25 on a Sunday, had to put the spare on and everything else is closed on Sunday's. Was able to make it to this Firestone and they got us a new tire on and we were able to make it back home to northern colorado. So thankful they helped us out and didn't have to drive back on the donut!! read more
