Went to drop off used oil today. Pulled up at 3:50 and there was a hand written sign saying they were closing at 4 today. Place had several customers still inside but door was locked. All the employees stood there and watched me. Wasn't even 4 yet read more

These guys are the worst. I was handed the wrong part and upon attempting to install it at home, realized it was the wrong part number. I was told it was the right part number at the store, and when I went to return it was told since it was opened but unused I couldn't return it. Not to mention the two boys working there look like something out of Deliverance. Don't waste your time here, they don't care about you or your money. read more

Picked up some new wipers and an air filter for my truck. Used some speed perk awards and got them back. I believed Colin or Cody helped me. I ordered online and picked it up on my lunch break. In fact, right when I walked in, he laughed because he said he was just going to call me, that my order was ready for pickup. Fast easy service. The parking lot is small but it wasn't that crowded it doesn't matter. read more

Believe the bad reviews. Bill is an unfriendly, gouchy, unprofessional clerk. When I brought this to the attention of the Manager who was wearing a shirt label Colton, (he later told me his name was Mike) Mike couldn't care less. The previous day i purchased brake pads and accessories. I over-purchased parts because I live a distance from the store. I needed additional parts but wanted to see how they handled my return with a RECEIPT from the previ ous day. They were demanding from me my Name, home address, and phone number. I had given them CASH for the purchase and my phone number was entered into their system the day before. The clerk said it was not being accepted.. I told them that I was not advised of this return policy when I made the purchases. Mike referred me to a dirty copy of the policy were it does state some of this when you don't have a Receipt. Mike asked me if I needed anything else and I told him I would not be buying anything more from Advance Auto Parts. I told him that I had been nothing but kind to this clerk and the clerk had been discourteous to me since the moment I walked into the store. No greeting, just want do you want? I informed him I had a Return. Bill was rude in how he addressed me and I asked if he was the Manager. He made facial gestures to show his displeasure. When I spoke with the manager Mike he did not seem to care, I told him that this employee is the problem and I'm letting you know. I was professional, explained that I manage employees and this is not acceptable behavior. He just starred at me. I told him I can see where this attitude comes from and I blame you Mike. I told him that most managers I know would have said that we're sorry you had a problem today and how can we make this better. He gave me my cash back and a new RECEIPT. I left the store in wonder how they are in business with this kind of contempt for people who contribute to their livelyhood. The clerk Bill went to the window and watched me leave and noted my vehicle and plate number, what a creepy end to this saga. Went to advance off Parker and Hess looking to purchase and have a battery installed. was told they could sell me a battery, but could not install it due to liability insurance they did not have. drove 10 minutes to the advance off of Jordan and Lincoln. The staff took great care of me, installed my battery, and had me out of there less than 15 minutes. I really just don't think the other advance of Hess Road was interested in putting in a battery at 9:30 in the morning. read more

Ask for anyone but Don if you have to go to this location. Even if you bring in the part needing replaced he will always manage to give you the wrong part. bought in something as simple as brake pads and the ones he brought out were noticeably different size for the piston clip. "oh yours is stretched out" leading me to waste my time and go try installing an incorrect part making me come back and do a return. this is not the first instance ive been in this situation with them just had it at this point. Worst auto place possible to go to. I would have had better luck going to any other auto parts store and blindly picking out what I needed. I went to this place 3 separate times to get brake pads and they kept giving me the wrong ones. The first time I went in the man who "helped" tried to tell me I had no idea what I was talking about and that they were the correct brakes. I had to correct him and tell him they didn't match up to my previous ones. Now I understand mistakes happen but then the third time I went in I just asked for a refund because I didn't want to keep wasting my time running back and forth. Will not be returning. read more

We walked in looking for windshield wipers, nobody even came to the front for the first 10 minutes we were in there. When we looked up what we needed, we proceeded to go to the counter to check out when we were told the computers were down and they couldn't accept our business. Very frustrating, and odd given that this place didn't even have an old school credit card machine. Went down the street to autozone and had amazing service. When it comes to business, it's all about location location location! I was thrilled to see a new auto parts store open in south Parker away from the heavy traffic around Main street. Anyways, clean store and a helpful staff with a rewards program for return customer discounts. Since AAP's opening, I've purchased a new battery, rear struts, air and motor oil filters. Eric Nevling the stores General Manager is a liar and is also very disrespectful. On Saturday I picked up a new power steering pump and pulley to replace (under warranty) a defective pump I installed on my daughters Jeep about 6 months ago. On Sunday I went to install the new pulley on the new pump so I could install it into the car, but the pulley would not go all the way onto the pump shaft far enough to align properly with the serpentine belt on the other components. I stopped in today, Monday to discuss the issue with Eric. After my asking if I had the right pump and pulley, he said that the pulley could be pressed on, as long as I spanned the entire back housing of the pump. I specifically said I was concerned about breaking the pump. He said "It should be fine." Of course, the back of the pump housing broke due to the fact that the pulley and/or pump shaft are out of tolerance. I went back to the store an hour and a half later to get a replacement. Eric said I had to buy a new pump because I broke the pump because "I didn't know what I was doing". He also said that he never told me to press the pulley on the pump (I said bull****). He said that my only option to purchasing a new pump was to call Corporate, which I will do. I'm hoping they will resolve the issue! read more

I am a 40 year old attractive single female who walked into the store on 7/13 knowing exactly what I needed. I was greeted upon entering and I asked where I could find the product I was looking for. As I walked down the correct aisle to pick up the product, an older gentleman followed me down the aisle and proceeded to tell me that I should not buy this product and that if it was miss used it could cause serious damage to the car....blah, blah, blah. He proceeded to continue to lecture me until I completed the purchase of this product and I told him to "have a nice day." I'm sure he had the best of intentions but, he also passed judgement and assumed since I was a female that I was clueless. He would have never given a male customer the same lecture; perhaps a warning but wouldn't try to scare him about damage from miss use for 5-7 mins. As a female, I would appreciate the same respect as a man would get. There is a way to explore a customer's knowledge without making incorrect assumptions. It is 2019, the gender bias is no longer appropriate in our society let alone in a store where I spend my money. Next time I'm in need of car parts I will drive out of my way to another local car part store who treats me respectful and in a helpful manner not based on gender. Please discuss with this older gentleman that he should reconsider his approach to female customers. read more
