I don't usually leave reviews, but every once in awhile it needs to be done for a good bussiness. I have been going to Diesal Repair and Performance since moving to Parker because I know they are dependable and honest.. There is no other place I would trust taking my truck! I get an honest no B.S. analysis and definatly the fairest priced repair from these guys, everytime! I have heard Tom, the owner, take the time to give instructions on how to make the repairs themself, to a client who could not afford the repair. The man can come across as gruff sometimes but has a heart of gold! It has been my observation, and I feel that this is truly an honest group of people who will not cheat or decieve you to make more money, they do only what is needed, and will inform you of anything that can wait. The first thing you will notice when you walk into this store is a sign on the wall talking about the man who owns the shop. It describes him as rude and if you don't like it then leave. I suggest you never go into their shop. I purchased a truck from a dealer that needed to have work done on the truck. The dealer was paying for this work. Tom (the angry man at the counter) not only will not provide the diagnostic report that he claims was completed on the truck, he has threatened to repossess my truck for lack of payment. His email to me: Paul you don't seem to remember what I told you when you signed the repair order here at my shop. I said you would be responsible for payment of services. So YOU need to pony up a source of payment to take care of this issue. If you do not pay your obligation I will contact the Douglas County sheriff to turn this over to them for theft of services. Are we clear about this? You own the truck Enterprise does not. You need to understand like I told you You are responsible for this debt. I do not want to repo this truck but I will!!!! You are the owner of the truck and you are responsible for this debt. This can get real nasty real quick!!! Call me and take care of this. Thank you Tom Franklin PH# 303-841-6527. To which I told him to take whatever action needed to be taken. Please keep in mind that I picked my truck up on Monday evening and the dealership spoke with him on Wednesday. He never mentioned to the dealership that there was a bill pending since he could not complete the work and the truck is being sent to the dealership for the work needed. They paid him on Thursday morning when they were advised by myself that he was looking for payment diagnostic work he said was completed. His next email to me: HEY PAUL PAY THE DAM BILL!!!!! TOM The dealership has paid him and I have made multiple requests for the results of the diagnostic work he said was completed. He will not respond to my emails or provide the information that I have requested on the diagnostic work. I would strongly suggest you stay away from this place. His interest is in getting money from you as quickly as possible and at any means necessary without showing any results for work he claims to be completed. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. My F350 had a code that the number 3 injector was bad. I called and got a quote to fix it, took it in, never heard a word, till they told me it was done. Instead of fixing it, they reset the code and charged me $120. I drove it home and shortly thereafter, it threw the same code. I take it back, and now they want $200 to check the code again, plus whatever to fix it. The original fee was part of the total they quoted me, so now to get it fixed will be at least $320 more than what I was quoted. I did not leave my truck with them. Once was enough. read more

Very unfriendly. Left work early to get emissions test done. Even called ahead and was told 'first come first served' and there was one ahead. Showed up less than an hour later after a 45 minute drive and was told 'we already did 12 today, we aren't doing any more today'. WHY WOULDNT YOU MENTION THAT ON THE PHONE! I will be directing our vehicle fleet to someone that understands customer service for our repairs and emissions. Not a level of friendliness or customer service that I'm willing to allow where I am going to spend our company money. read more

I have been going to the shop for many years. They used to be one of the best the last year or so the service quality,customer service quality and overall performance of the shop has gone downhill. I called this morning at 8 AM to make an appointment and spoke to Tom he said he was very busy and would call me back in a few minutes, seven hours later he called me back to see what my car problems were at that point I had already moved on and have found another shop that actually cares about my business I will not be returning to the shop anytime in the near future read more

If you have a 6.0 powerstroke look else where for repairs.....I took my truck to these guys when my truck was not running good. They told me it needed a new FICM. I knew that I did not need one of those because I monitor the voltage of my FICM and it never dropped below 48v. I paid my $100 or $75 diagnostic fee can't remember then took my truck to Rockin R performance diesel in Fort Lupton who replace my injectors. Truck has never run better.... I am not saying these guys are dishonest just not sure why they wanted to charge me $1300 bucks to replace a FICM when that was not the problem. read more

I have been there 3 times with different vehicles. These guys are the best! They just saved me a ton of cash and found a huge problem on a 2005 dodge 2500 I was looking to buy. Very honest, helped me understand what was going on with the truck, and took the time to show me and explain what was going on. Absolutely horrible service. I called to check on last available time to get an emissions test done. Lady at front said of you get here before 430pm we will get it done. I arrived at 355pm. When I talked to her she stated no we can't do it. We are doing our last one now. She asked the owner and he started no way we are going to do it. I hate being lied to. Especially when I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. Hint why I called ahead. Will never be back to a dishonest business. read more

Parker Desiel is a joke and scamming people. Took my truck for emission's because it was convenient and they came back and said OK your all done that's $40. Paid and then they said OK you failed. Emission's all passed but this check engine light popped on. I asked d what for and he said they could check it but it would be $100. I went out to the truck and the lights not on... If wasn't on before and was not on then. I went back in and asked why its off did they clear it and they said no... But they could check for a fee.. I said what in earth.. they don't just disappear.. I'll go to autozone and have them check... Hr told me take it up with the state if I don't like it and pointed to a sign.. He said did you read the d@## rules if the check engine lights comes on you fail. I left checked at autozone and no coeds.... The owner calls me up all mad that I was irritated and called me a f$&@%@ing ahole for calling them out... He said complain to the bbb state whoever I dare you I can handle that...... Jerkwads.... Googled them and reviews all tell this same kind of story... Moral is don't go to parker diesel and Repair. Places is a sham.. Listening to them talk to customers ripping them off was comical however taking the time to call me and cuss me out... Horrible place that only exists out of convenience.... read more

You need to avoid these guys. They state they are very experienced but after 2.5 weeks and $1500+ problem not solved. Took it to another garage and they spent 30 min testing the truck and found the problem. Cost me 275.00 and the truck runs great. Again avoid these guys if you value your vehicle and money. read more

We bought a used F350 in September and had an immediate problem with the tranny. We happened to ask for the paperwork which contained a receipt for tranny work they had done a few months previous. They made good on the repairs, even though a part of it had to be subbed out. We'll definitely use them again! read more

DISHONEST BUSINESS! During my annual emmission test, the mechanic claimed my vechicle needed repairs of which were both non emmission related and completely bogus while entering my vechicle into the Colorado database as failed needing repair and re-test for additional profit! Do not use this businesses unless you want to get ripped off! read more

If you fell of the turnip truck yesterday, and dont mind being fleeced, then Tom is your guy. Got quoted $690 bucks to do the thermostats on a 2007 LBZ. Rediculous. When I declined he tagged me for $120 bucks for "diagnostics" which is BS, all they did was read a code which we both knew already existed and both knew what it meant. (Most auto parts store will read the code for free).To give you an idea what the price should be, Excel down the street quoted $375, and SDP quoted $200 and that included OEM t-stats. Its literaly about 6 bolts. I had been to this shop before hoping to find a good shop for my (new to me) truck. I told him about the code it was throwing and wanted to just flush and fill the coolant hoping the additives might help the t-stat function, I avoided his bogus diagnostics charge that time but he still dinged me for $263 for just a flush and fill. Excel down the street would have done it for $175, same additives etc...So long story short, overpriced. Way overpriced. I would not trust my truck to this shop. read more
