Huge thank you to Josh who was working this late afternoon on 3/28! I was having difficulty finding the right windshield wipers for my car and he kindly asked if I needed help. After finding the right ones and helping me purchase them, he then asked if I needed help putting them on. In fact, not only did I need help putting them on, I was desperately hoping he would ask. He kindly replaced all of the wipers (while watching him, it reaffirmed my initial feeling that there was truly no way I could have done it myself) and he was so kind and wonderful during the whole process. Went in to replace my battery, but all they did was talk me out of it and said I should just go to the dealership to have it replaced. Maybe because they were short staffed? I then asked to just buy the battery and take it, but that was still proving to be a hassle, so I left. read more

The transmission line into my radiator failed and I was having so much trouble finding the part. There were several options that "looked close" but just weren't going to cut it. So thankful to the staff there for being patient and guiding me. I ended up coming to a realization of how to fix it and was directed to the proper tools and was even let to use their Free Rent a Tool Flaring kit. I retooled the part right there on the counter. The gentlemen (whose name escapes me) suggested a robber o-ring pack for added insurance and it ended up being just the ticket. After a few grueling hours of shoving my large hands into a much less accommodating space under the chassis, I got the part reinstalled and managed to completely stop the leak and get transmission temp and pressure back to normal. Great service from this AutoZone! I bought a battery from AutoZone in California 14 months ago, and a recent visit to the shop showed my battery was already failing. I figured I was going to have to fight AutoZone to do a warranty replacement, but it was seriously so easy! The only hard part is I had to pay for the battery up front so they could transfer it from another store since I didn't want to drive to another location. The battery was in as promised the next day, and they promptly refunded my purchase and then installed the battery for me, free of charge. I even tried to tip for the great service and was refused! I hope this company is paying their employees well for their excellent service. Will definitely remember this experience in the future when I'm looking for auto parts! read more

I bought spark plugs and wires the good ones . Paid them cash because I wasn't on planning on returning them . Turns out the wires are 10 times longer than they are supposed to be . The employee gave me the wrong wires . I tried to return to have them fix their mistake and switch for the right plugs and no help . Watch them they don't know what they are doing they will give you the wrong parts . That's their responsibility to get you the right part ! So I did, waited in line for about 5 mins then the gentleman performed the service on my car and gave a helpful battery tip. I'm a totally satisfied customer, especially after I tried to have the same service performed at Advance Auto Parts without success! I had an awesome experience at this AutoZone. I went in yesterday because my car needed a new battery. I only had thirty minutes because I had to go to work, so was initially planning on buying the battery, and getting out as fast as possible. The man who was checking me out at the register (I feel horrible because I forgot his name!) was SO nice and helpful! He offered to put the battery in for me, which was awesome because I'm a 22 year old girl with no knowledge of how cars work. He even got it done in less than ten minutes, so I made it perfectly on time for work. Supposedly it usually takes thirty minutes--this guy clearly knew his stuff! If anyone from that AutoZone location is reading this, please tell the man who helped the young girl in the infiniti g35 that she said THANK YOU!! Oh my goodness! These folks are amazing! My battery had died and my mom had called them up to put one aside for me and said they'd install it no problem. But I had to put a special little oops in the simple plan because that's just how my week is going. I went to the advanced across the street on accident. And my car was dead again, so the manager, Joseph, drove his car over and jumped the car and I took it back over and he put the new battery in. All the while having a lovely conversation with me, first time in weeks another person has talked to me like a human rather than just a servant. Him and his team, especially Jesse, really helped me out of a tough spot and brightened my day. Seriously, no need to think twice, just go straight here for your auto needs! Thanks guys! read more

Dead battery. Had to jump car after a week of vacation. Went to this Autozone and they were pretty slammed. Ricardo checked my battery and then we decided it needed to be replaced. Pretty standard auto parts store. They're almost always located within a block of a competing Advance Auto Parts store, but the Autozone pricing is usually better. I stopped in to get my battery tested (which they do for free) but I'm really surprised the price of a replacement car battery went up $45 since I bought my last one at Autozone 4 years ago. read more

I tried to order a part, they put me on hold for 30 min while they "looked it up". The 24 hr delivery ended up being 3 days. When I went to pick up it was the wrong part. Overrated! Staff and computer knowledge base are crap for the diy folks. I've completely stopped going to this store and other autozone b/c the staff are not knowledgeable and very unhelpful. They have like 1 person that knows stuff and the others don't know anything...like what type of diff. fluid that I need for my truck. They also have this really stupid oil recycling program where they only take motor oil and not the other types of oil. So don't be fooled by the flashy commercials. read more

Woke up this morning to a dead battery. I wasn't able to find anyone to help me get to the nearest auto parts store so I called this location just to see if maybe someone could come to my apartment to help me (it's not too far from my place). 30 minutes later, they showed up at my complex to jump start my car so I could drive to the store. I got to the store and Junior swapped out my old battery with a new one in 5 minutes. They went so over and beyond what I expected! If they had been unwilling to drive out to me I would have been stuck without a car until later a night. Unbelievable customer service, these guys are the best! read more

Highly frustrated, frazzled, and overwhelmingly hot in the Texas heat with a broken down car... I finally made my way into this particular AutoZone and I am extremely and Incredibly grateful. The customer service demonstrated by a particular worker / manager by the name of Junior made my day it made a bad day a much less worse day. My headlight was burned out and I wanted to buy a replacement, but wasn't sure which one to buy. Joseph was extremely courteous and helped me find the right bulb. Also, when I told him it was my first time changing a headlight and that I wanted to learn, he went outside with me and walked me through the steps, making sure I was able to do every one.
