As of today, I still have not heard from anyone......... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Auto Nation, I am writing this email to formalize my request to cancel the purchase of the Buick Encore. This notice is given prior to the 5 day marker. This vehicle was purchased at 7 pm on Sunday, 3/24. On Monday, I drove it to work the first time. It overheated on my way home from work. I had to pull over twice to get it to cool down. There is clearly a serious maintenance issue. On Monday at 9:59 am, Justin A. reached out to me via text, letting me know that I have an appointment to get the A/C fixed on Thursday at 9 am because I purchased it with the a/c not working but an appointment to fix. (This would have been a nightmare too!) On Monday at 6:22 pm, I texted Justin, letting him know that the car overheated. He was apologetic and advised that I could have that service along with the A/C issue. Justin advised me to have the car towed into the dealership. On Tuesday, 3/26, I called the dealership to speak to a manager about the paperwork that shows the 25-point inspection done on the car. That is when everything went BAD. I was transferred to the "manager" on duty because Justin and Aslam D. are out of the office until Thursday. The manager I got was Alfredo. I asked him if I could get the five days extended due to the fact that it is not working and needs towed back. He advised that he was not the manager on the deal so if had to answer it would be NO. He was not hesitant at all to say no. At this point I was so shocked by the level of professionalism I actually forgot that I was calling for the inspection report. He was so rude it brought me to tears after I got off the phone. I asked Alfredo what I should do, and he said I could cancel the agreement. He was SUPER QUICK to give me this advice. In fact, I did not want to do that. I was just hoping that a "manager" would be understanding and helpful. NOPE not him! He could care less about the situation. It wasn't even one and a half hours after I spoke with Alfredo and I am getting a call from a tow driver to pick it up. Unbelievable. The tow driver wanted to pick it up on Tuesday but I explained I was not home to give him the keys. I advised him that I would put the keys on the driver's side tire well for pickup. As of now the car has still not been picked up. I am so sad and so disappointed this happened. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I then sent this follow up email today 3/29 at 1pm. I could not wait until 5pm because I am so livid.... No response via email or text..... PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE!!!! They are very sneaky and lie about EVERYTHING! Dear AN, Please confirm receipt of this email and acknowledge that the contract has been terminated. Despite my previous request and lack of response, I need assurance that the cancellation has been processed. While Justin's reassurance via text that "I have nothing to worry about" was appreciated, it doesn't meet the standard of professionalism I expect from your business. This should only take a minute of your time. Yesterday, Justin mentioned uncertainty regarding the tow truck's arrival and who contacts them. Subsequently, I took the initiative to call the tow company affiliated with your organization to arrange for the car's removal. Donna, whom I spoke with, was very understanding and assured me that the car would be taken care of today. She also extended an apology on behalf of your company. If I don't receive confirmation of the contract cancellation and if the car isn't removed from my property by 5 pm today, I will have no choice but to share my experience on Yelp. This dealership is the perfect example of why people don't trust dealerships. I bought my Jeep from here almost 3 years ago. At the time, they sold me on a tire replacement package that cost an additional $30 a month. For months I called, left voicemails & was told everyone was but & I'd receive a call back but no one ever reached out. I finally made it out to the dealership about a month ago and asked them to replace my tire & was told that's not how the package works. They didn't offer to patch or seal, they didn't even perform an inspection. All they did was cancel the package for me after I requested it. I had my tires inspected elsewhere & they were completely worn out. I paid $1,100 out of pocket. This is on top of the over $1,000 I've paid for this so called deal since I purchased the vehicle. You should get comfy for this review: PART 1 The cruel tutelage of crackheads SBL and I we to get breakfast this morning. I turned on my car and it's sounded like it belonged in a car club with the modified mufflers that sound louder than life when you're stuck next to one at a stop light...which in turn makes you question your age, and wonder at what point you're going to start shaking your fist in the air at the youngsters who walk on your lawn. After the initial shock of the non muffler situation we got under the car to see that someone had sawed thru the muffler and stole my catalytic converter. Needless to say, it was just a sad morning for us. PART 2 Despair in the Frozen Food Section As I was crying in the parking lot, my Sexy Bearded Lover said WERE GETTING DONUTS! because of course, food is his love language. We went to Albertsons (who has amazing donuts btw) and decided to get a couple items wile we were there. As my tender heart and I I were having another breakdown and crying in the frozen food section, we decided to get a new car. Made some calls and decided the best route for us to go was to just trade the car in and find something in not such a state of mess. SBL and I went to AutoNation. There we were helped by a very cool staff member named Alfredo. He was definitely not fredo to help us find exactly what we needed. He walked us thru a few different cars at our price range, and he talked me thru my not so sexy at times indecisiveness. I told Alfredo I needed a car with a little more flair than the usual person. He just smiled and went back into their inventory to find more options for me. I'm all about options. I'm not a THIS or THAT person, I have a very colorful personality and needed a vehicle to match. (Preferably one low enough to the to ground so nobody could never fit underneath it again.) Alfredo found the perfect vehicle for me, and at the end of the day we drove home in something that I know was meant for our family. PART 3 Prayers and Thankfulness Today was full of emotions. I had a bit of a breakdown in the frozen food section in Albertsons over the state of my vehicle early morn. Fast forward to mid afternoon, angst and anxiety when thinking of going thru the entire car purchasing process all over again. I had a great experience getting my car Update: it's been almost two weeks getting my car and I found out that my car doesn't support supercharger (Tesla's charging network) I spoke to the general manager and he was basically telling me that this was a known issue and it was something that was in the vehicle description but in reality it wasn't at all. Nobody told me about the car not being able to use Tesla's supercharger. How are you going to sell a Tesla that doesn't support supercharger. It's honestly baffling and doesn't make sense at all. It would of been nice to know before hand and the manager basically told me that it's an "accessory" I want to add but it's not. It's a literal need for a Tesla!!! Jon made the process of selling surprisingly smooth and quick, even despite a hiccup with getting the title transferred. I would advise caution in dealing with Autonation Bell Road. It took 3 trips there to test drive a vehicle during a couple of weeks. They finally replaced the battery, and we could start the car. I liked the vehicle and decided to buy it. So, I did. The finance lady was great. My sales guy was new, so I'll cut him some slack. The management not so good. The vehicle had tire wobble at 65. They said they put new tires on and balanced them, but they admitted they weren't a tire shop. So, after my purchase I took it to a tire shop, and they balanced the tires. $60 bucks. After I had her for a couple days, I checked under the hood. Every fluid under the hood was low. So, I added power steering fluid, brake fluid, coolant, and windshield washer fluid to the reservoirs. Then I checked the oil, and it said it was at 12%. I quickly took it to a place and had the oil changed. I received an inquiry about my experience in my email. I answered it fully. Didn't hear anything back. 2 weeks later I got the same email, so I knew it was auto generated and my response probably never read. So, I went to the dealership to speak with management personally. I was thinking that my experience might help them to improve. The manager that I met with stopped short of calling me a liar but that was the impression I left with. So, I had them change the battery in the dead second key fob they gave me for the vehicle and left, even more unsatisfied. One of the questions on the satisfaction survey they sent me is would I recommend them to my friends and family. My answer would be NO! Good luck to you if you go to this dealership. read more

NO RESPECT! If you want a dealership that will treat you and Veterans with RESPECT then don't go to this AutoNation USA Phoenix AZ. (03-24-2021) Me and my wife decided to get a vehicle there because of their SO CALLED "No Worries, We've Inspected It" policy. They give you a breakdown of what was fixed and what was not fixed. The Carfax they gave us at the end of the deal listed the vehicle was in an accident but on their site it was listed as 0 accidents. The inspection paperwork had that the vehicle needed motor mounts and spark plugs need to be replaced. (03-27-2021) I talked to Ford to find out how much it would be for the motor mounts and the mechanic passing by asked me a couple of questions. After reviewing the breakdown sheet he asked, did the dealership say why the sparks plugs need to be replaced? I told him no, he thought that was odd because how easy it is to change the spark plugs. He advised me to look at them myself because that does not sound right. I took the vehicle back home, unplugged the spark plug cables and wow there was oil in two of the four spark plug wells. I'm not a certified mechanic. I only know the basics but I was for sure it was a leaking head cover gasket. This made me suspicious, did AutoNation USA know about the oil in the spark plugs and just covered it back up. (03-29-2021) We emailed and (04-01-2021) called AutoNation USA to ask about the matter and they told us we need to bring the vehicle back down to the dealership so the manager can see what's going on. (04-02-2021) We took the vehicle to AutoNation USA and ended up talking to the sales manager Matt. We told him we were concerned about the oil in the spark plugs. Did the mechanic know about the oil and leaking gasket and just covered it up? The sales manager Matt said He does not know anything about cars he will have to talk to the other manger about what happened. It was a back and forth thing where he would go talk with the other manager then report back to us. The sales manager came out again for the last time and told us the following story. Your vehicle does not have a leak. It is because you are hard cranking the vehicle that is what created the oil in your spark plug wells. You just need to use an air compressor to blow out the oil and try not to hard crank it. We asked are you going to look at the vehicle to make sure? He said we would not look at it because the vehicle is not stalling and you have no check engine light. If we did look at it, the only thing we would do is blow out the oil, that's it, because you have no leak. This did not set right with me at all. (04-08-2021) I took it to Litchfield Auto Repair who agreed with me, they did an inspection on the vehicle and found out that yes the gasket was leaking in several spots. They fixed the problem so thank you to Litchfield Auto Repair. I told them what happened he said, Yeah they just blew you off, any mechanic would have known what was wrong. He was surprised that they didn't even look at it. (04-09-2021) I decided to go to Rodeo Ford to hear what they thought of the situation. The Service Drive Manager, Cody, told us that what happened was wrong and sorry we had an experience like that with a dealership. He even said the same thing they just wanted to kick you out the door. I called AutoNation USA to voice my concern and find out who was the Manger that the sales manager was talking to. (04-09-2021) The salesman who sold us the car called back. He told me the manager was Derek but he does not remember us. Matt also does not remember talking to us also. The manager Derek couldn't even come out of his office to talk to us. They wouldn't even take 5 mins to look at the car. I explained everything to the salesman and told him that I didn't like being blown off like that. I felt deceived, lied to, and also disrespected. When it is time to make a sale you act like you care and thank you for your service but once you're out the door you're a nobody. He said I can see how you would feel like that, let me go to this meeting and I will talk with them. After that I have not heard back from AutoNation USA, we were blown off again. Solo woman from out of state went Peoria AZ AutoNation to buy 2023 4x4 diesel Silverado. Put down more than half price of car in cash. Extremely disappointed & angry at the misleading & downright lying by dealership & salesperson Saul. They glossed over charges on invoice by describing them as "mandatory" per Arizona law and GM policies. Once charges were questioned, one charge was reduced but not removed, again because of "law". I asked for full tank DEF (required additive for diesel engine to run properly) & was told it was law & GM policy to keep DEF at half tank & dealership was "prohibited" from filling it at all. So left dealership with less than half tank of DEF Overall Peoria AZ AutoNation is not to be trusted when they are answering questions & providing information on invoices! A generic customer service follow up phone call from sales manager Shawn revealed he was "unaware" of the laws and policies quoted during initial sales. However, this does not now fix the fact I am now paying more in taxes & interest rate charges because of the lies. Sales Departments are direct reflections of their management and leadership, so not sure who tells the truth at Peoria AZ AutoNation. Question Everything and see proof! Now on to the truck itself. My first GM Chevrolet product purchase is disappointing. Same day of truck purchase a significant leak in an oil based liquid presented itself. 400 miles home later, local Chevy dealership would not look at vehicle for over 10 days while in their possession, no loaner vehicle program available & shuttle service only 10 miles within dealership radius. So after spending $72k on dream truck, overall experience with GM Chevrolet dealerships and product has been terrible. Too long of a story I won't even go to deep into. Bottom line less than 4 months ago they sold me a faulty vehicle with so many problems it should have not even been sold in its condition. Since I couldn't travel to Phoenix, Ed conducted a video walk around of the car and went over the features. He was really responsive and met me on a Sunday to deliver the car to me in Tucson. People in Phoenix I'm going to tell you a little heads-up. I wanted to sell my car before insurance was due on Monday since we already bought the new car for the trip to Michigan. *Do not for any reason do business with Mark Mitsubishi.* Absolutely, positively they are liars and manipulators. I told them the quote that I got from carvana but I didn't want to wait for carvana for 2 days to come pick up my car and pay me. They said that they would honor that quote and they would be happy to buy my car today. I was honest about the condition of it and they said we will give you what you want. First of all when I got there the person that made the appointment with to meet all of a sudden was not available and so they pawned me off on a different guy. He said they would have to inspect a vehicle, which I get! He came back and asked me what I wanted for the car and I told him what I'd already been quoted that I would receive. And then he walked into the big room where they all look like they're talking about your car when they're really just bullshitting about sports and women and how stupid and naive women are in general ( I imagine) and then he came out and he says I'm going to sit down and discuss this with you. So he sits down and proceeds to tell me that my tires all need replacing, right now it would not pass inspection, and about three other things that he said were wrong with the car. And he said based on that their offer was $2,500 less than what I was quoted by Carvana. I said, "You know, I guess we're not going to do any business here and you really pissed off the wrong person, because I just had my car serviced 2 weeks ago and everything was fine and trust me my mechanic would have tried to get me to do things if they found anything wrong with it. Three of my tires are perfect.One is showing a little tread but not even enough to worry about yet, and the other items that you stated are absolutely incorrect because it passed inspection in March and it also passed the inspection at the Hyundai dealership two weeks ago." He said," Well carvana is going to do the same thing cuz your car is not in great shape." I said I had another offer and I'd go do business with them and he said good luck. So I went down the street to the other place that I had been talking with and was greeted by this wonderful man named OT. And OT was extremely nice and came out and said these are the kinds of vehicles were always looking for for our customers and he asked what my carvana quote was and went in and said it's going to take some time we have to photograph the car and send it to our corporate office and then I'll get back to you with her an offer. He asked what the carvana quote was and I told him. He came back in 20 minutes with an offer that was $187 less than what carvana would give me so I told him he had a deal. Not only did he treat me with respect but within an hour I had my check and he also even told me to make sure that I go on to the Arizona website to request my money back because my registration still had value to it for the car. Also while they were doing that the general manager of the area sent me an email stating thank you for doing business with me if you're not happy with anything that happened during the transaction please let me know and I will make it right. So people in Phoenix if you are looking to buy a car, or if you are looking to sell a car, please go see my friend OT at AutoNation right at 17 and Bell.
