Regardless of what you are being offered when buying from a broker/dealership, write it down, screen shot your texts, and do not sign anything unless it is totally reflective of what you were being offered(I.e. warranty,dealership certification). Lastly, take it as a sign when something (even if it's minor) fails within those first 72 hours and just return your car. A response from Autoland is not needed- unless they firmly believe there is regular questionable business they're practicing. A good broker service would support what I'm saying (except for the return the car statement) and agree wholeheartedly. I'm the fool who didn't see what I was signing for putting too much stock in the people I was doing business with. Don't be like me, all stupid and gullible like a dunce. read more

I loathe the car-buying dealership experience so figured I had nothing to lose by trying it. Jeremy with Autoland reached out same day and we went through what I was looking for. Within a day, he located a car at a competitive price. Then I threw him a curve ball by changing the car I was seeking. We we're looking for a Toyota Venza and it was quite difficult to locate one but Lupe at Autoland was able to get us what we wanted, though my wife was quite pissed when she found out that her brand new Venza already had 140 miles on it. The Toyota dealer in Oxnard had accidentally drove the car putting on the miles. The dealer would not compensate us in any way. They have you by the balls since the inventory is very slim. But Autoland came through waving the $350 transportation fee from LA to San Diego, we also had to drive 30 miles away to pick it up and yet again Autoland came through with a gas card. When we picked it up Alberto gave us the run down on the car. It's pretty sad a company like Toyota could not offer the service that Autoland did. We will for sure use them again. He gave us a minute of his time and we told him what car we were in the market for. After waiting no more than 30 minutes, and telling us "I move fast," we were waiting for the car I had been thinking of for half a year. We got lunch, came back, and the car was in the parking lot, freshly washed, and waiting for a test drive. My heart was already set on the car, but I still took it for a spin with my girlfriend.
