If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The story…read morestarts a few years ago. Bless my dad for trying to help me but he's got quite a few blind spots and I believe this could have been completely avoided in many different ways. I travel to Michigan 2-4 times a year to visit family. It's very inconvenient for me to have to rent a car every time I'm in town. So what does my dad do? He buys me a car! (Has to be in my name though cuz he doesn't have his license story for a never time) He tells the lady who runs or owns the place that he needs a SAFE vehicle for me and my daughter for when we visit, We did all the paperwork work in house and the amount was 4900. I had no say in picking the car and from the moment we got it I hated it. It was a POS junk car that was extremely rusted and just in terrible condition. Had I been there to have a say in the car, I would have never chosen this car. Back to my dad and his blind spots. Common sense would be to have a special place you save all your receipts for when your making payments on this vehicle but my dads a little special with severely bad ADHD and didn't keep and or misplaced a lot of these receipts. The lady who sold us the car kept telling my dad he needed to pay more even though he had already paid it off. She Claimed the car was 5900 when we both know for a fact that it was 4900. I got to used this car for not even 2 years. The whole underside is rusted out. It cannot be used. Stabilizer bars are rusted out. It's a danger. It's totaled and been sitting since the last payment was made. This Vehicle was returned at least 4 times before they fooled my dad also! We found about the returns after we got it. He put $1500 down. Double payment's 1st 5 months. But they still think it wasn't paid off and repo'd it. Good take it back. It could have killed me! And worse my daughter? You guys got it coming. We're gunna sue you. Ruin my credit will you?? Do NOT use this place. Terrible shady people!!!

Was told the car had been lightly rear-ended but the insurance company wrote it off as a total loss. Empire Motors of Lansing lied and told me air bags had not been deployed when in fact they had. I had a friend interested in this vehicle prior to knowing we had been the previous owners which is why I called. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to getting people to purchase items and the unprofessionalism regarding the vehicle is not a good look.

I had the privilege of being their first car sale and complete auto detailing, which went seamlessly! Paul's patience was greatly appreciated throughout the entire process. Looking for a new car is something that for many, including myself, is a very daunting task. The fear of buying a car that you don't truly love, or even worse creates more problems in an already problematic life. Paul put my worries to ease by constantly keeping me informed, transparent, and here's a shocker for the used car industry he was honest! Thank you Paul and everyone else at Aldrich Auto Collection for making this such a smooth sailing experience.

With two small children constantly in and out of the car, the amount of sand I needed cleaned out and all the crumbs from their snacking was insane. I had to go out of town so I left my car with them for the day. (They will travel to your home or place of business as well!) When I picked it up it looked AMAZING! Even better than the day I purchased it!! Not a speck of dirt to be seen and the interior smelled fresh and was spotless. They did a wonderful job and will definitely have my business again in the future!!

Dealership Experience- Michael and Simone were on par when it came to any questions and concerns that I presented to them during the purchase of my vehicle. I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer from another MotorCarsOnline location on December 8, but management at…read morethis Lansing location became involved when I attempted to resolve the issues that began shortly after the purchase. Unfortunately, the situation has now been ongoing for nearly three months without being fully resolved. Shortly after leaving the dealership and beginning the drive home, the vehicle started displaying electrical warning lights and sensor alerts. The vehicle was also leaking oil due to a loose oil filter that had not been properly tightened. When I contacted the dealership about the warning lights, I was told in writing that they "knew what the issue was" and that they had already spoken with their service department about it. Despite that, the vehicle still required diagnostic work at a Jeep dealership to address the problem. There were also issues regarding the spare key. I was told in writing that the key would go out in that day's mail, but that never actually happened. After several weeks of follow-up it became clear the key had not been mailed. While trying to resolve the missing key issue through this location, a staff member even asked whether I would be willing to sign an NDA before they sent payment for the replacement key, which was surprising given the situation. Another major issue has been the warranty paperwork. The warranty was supposed to reflect commercial use with unlimited mileage and a $100 deductible, since the vehicle was purchased in my company's name and is used for work. However, the warranty was processed incorrectly and has required additional time and effort to correct. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with management, including speaking with the general manager, Mark, who informed me that the matter had been placed on Simone to handle. Despite that, I still have not received direct communication from Simone to finalize the remaining warranty correction. At this point, I am simply asking for the vehicle and warranty to reflect the terms originally agreed upon at purchase and for the remaining issues to be resolved. I hope the dealership will reach out so this situation can be resolved before I need to escalate the matter further.
