Then wait in the cold in the dark in November in Michigan. Their customer service is awful. Save your money. Frequent an establishment that has integrity or at least cares that a person whose car is already broke down might need 10 minutes...

I called this morning and spoke to Daryl about an issue my son had with his hood latch not…read morereleasing. I live two hours away and my son goes to school in the area. Daryl was very helpful and told me to send my son in this morning. He immediately went to the shop and Daryl was able to fix the problem within an hour from when I first called the shop. Plus he helped at an affordable rate. He had other vehicles scheduled for service ahead of him but he took 5 minutes to look at my sons car to see if it was an easy fix, of which we were lucky it was. My son is a college student with limited funds and probably would have tried to pry it open damaging the latch and therefore making it an expensive fix. He then offered to wait until I got a ride When I stated I'd just walk, he said he wouldn't let me do that because it was negative outside with windchill.
