I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!

The best part is that if I called them with four or more cars to tow they would send every available truck out to ensure nobody could escape after spotting the truck hooking up the first car. The trick is to pass through the lot while discreetly writing down plate numbers and vehicle descriptions, then call Parking Enforcement from a stealth location, then time their ETA just right with that of the wreckers. If done correctly the cars are hoisted the second the ticket hits the windshield. To those that think this is underhanded, that is what you get for your own underhandedness of parking illegally.

After dealing with police, the other driver's, insurance, etc it became time to call a tow truck for my vehicle. When I contacted H&H I explained my situation that I had been involved in an accident and was in need of a tow. With an audible sigh, the female that answered the phone asked me where I was located. After telling her, she replied, "like I know where that is. What is the address?!" I explained again that I had been in an accident and I wasn't sure the address but was at a major name car dealer in the area on a main street. She again replied rudely, "I need to know where you are if you expect my help!" I in turn asked her if I was bothering her or if this wasn't the normal function of her job. She slowly stammered that she just needs to know where I am. I politely ended the call by telling her I would call another company. In short, do better! Most people aren't calling for a tow for fun, usually something unpleasant has occurred to result in needing that service. So to be treated inconsiderately and rudely is uncalled for.

When finalizing my Towing Service that I had chosen Which was Northside Towing I received a call from Northside Towing letting me know that another Tow Service had picked up my vehicle without my consent!!!!! Don whom works for Todd's Towing care advised me that he was going to drop off my vehicle at his own repair shop on the corner of Grand River Ave and Capital Ave in Lansing which I had NO interest nor intention of having this happen Nor did I even know Don whom had my vehicle on his Flat Bed!!!! Don then advised me I had taken up enough of his time I needed to make a payment for my vehicle tow and my vehicle needed to be removed off his flatbed or he was going to be taking it next to the local IMPOUND!!! I have never been so unhappy, humiliated and been thru this ridiculous unprofessional customer service in my life !!!! I was horrified the fact that I was being treated so horribly ever and was threatened of having my vehicle impounded next! I then gave him my home address he brought the vehicle on his Flatbed when I approached the tow truck Don advised me I owed twice as much for his original pricing because I wasted his time that he had lost on tows he missed out on. When I only have him the cash for the original tow that was not authorized Don became angry threw my cash at me at began laughing yelled out his tow truck window began laughing out loud" I WILL JUST KEEP YOUR KEY FOB FOR YOUR LINCOLN MKZ THIS IS WORTH MORE!" He stole my only key fob I HAVE CONTACTED LAW ENFORCEMENT AND WILL PRESS CHARGES AGAINST YOU AND TODDS TOWING CARE IF MY KEY FOB IS NOT RETURNED!!!! LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS TODAY AS WELL!!!!!

absolutely the worst place ever my mother had just got out of the hospital with a hip replacement…read morewent to her car and the battery they thought was dead. The driver Anthony came looked at the battery. Said the wires were corroded. It wouldn't start it needed a new battery he said he would be back in a half an hour. He continued to tell my sister who was waiting to take my mother home that he would be there in 15 minutes 20 minutes 30 minutes then it was I have a car that's needed to be towed. Anthony said I need to get to the police impound then I'll be there 30 minutes is what he told me after I called him to see if he was really going to show up he promised me he would be there in 30 minutes. 40 minutes comes he's not there so I drive an hour and 15 minutes to bring them a brand new battery and when I look at the battery, there's no corrosion on it. The battery looks brand new just like my mom knew it was but never thought the guy would flat out lie. He never came back and he just flat out Lied about the battery. It had a full charge. It was not even the battery my mother who had just had surgery wasn't thinking straight, and she had two keys, one that opened the door And The other key started the vehicle. Once my sister's husband was contacted He told them about that key situation, he would've thought of that off of the rip, but he was told that the battery wires were corroded heavily, and that the battery was dead so he believed the guy and never once thought about the two different keys scenario. Once I arrived and figured out that the battery looked brand new and had no corrosion He thought about the two different keys. It was another key and it started right up! Swift towing are crooks. I would never use them!!! They did my mom so dirty. She was there 4 1/2 hours sitting in a wheelchair waiting on this guy in horrible pain, absolutely unacceptable!!! Swift towing do the right thing and fire Anthony, he gave your company a really really bad name.
