Obviously there's a race part involved in this as this is the first time this problem occured because the customer was African American. She gave us the wrong caliper on the 3rd visit and refused to swap the brackets just to force us on another trip. When I called her out on her racism she threatened to call the cops. I will be visiting the store one more time to speak with the store manager. If this exchange stands then this was the last time I do business with autozone.
