She gave us the wrong caliper on the 3rd visit and refused to swap the brackets just to force us on another trip. When I called her out on her racism she threatened to call the cops. I will be visiting the store one more time to speak with the store manager. If this exchange stands then this was the last time I do business with autozone.

Dispatch called me back and apologized because she messed up and it was going to be a little more due to the distance. Driver showed up less than an hour later, got my car lifted and to the tire shop in no time. He then offered to wait until I got a ride When I stated I'd just walk, he said he wouldn't let me do that because it was negative outside with windchill. He said he'd just give me a ride down the road to my building, and risk getting in trouble. Every aspect of this company was very friendly and professional.
