And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension

Had to haggle and haggle and still ended up paying over $1000 more than the listed price, not including all the standard fees. Then, in under 5000 miles lost the use of the vehicle because of transmission failure! We feel like we have been robbed on so many levels! This same vehicle had a "full diagnostic" while it was repaired elsewhere...pretty sure a failing transmission would have been apparent and they sold it to us anyway. I did end up just getting everything repaired as I knew some of them were going to be needing to be done soon anyway. Staff was friendly and I really liked the photos that are included in your estimates showing work progress and areas of concern.

But if you read this, be warned: the Lexus NX 350 has been re-designed and the hatch lid does not come up as high as in the previous model. It's dangerous! if you're even close to being tall, you have to bend over to get anything in or out of the hatch without hitting your head. I wish we had been warned about the change because at 6', this hatch is hazardous for me after years of not having to worry about emptying or filling the hatch. Test before you buy or lease.

Explained situation to intake person Kory, and worked on differential fluid change. Problem persisted and we had to order new transmission ($4000) and considered $1500 labor. Luckily problem has seemed to resolve with fluid change, they refunded my $ for transmission, only charged for fluid change. They were VERY good with communication, not up-selling, straight shooters. While they may charge a tad more than others, it is worth their quality and honesty any day!
