They lie and lie and lie. I've got proof they've lied to my finance of my finance institution., the dealership where I got the car and of course me the very last work order they did. They definitely didn't put the car back together correctly cause I don't see how you blow an engine in 40 miles.! I will continue to leave reviews until I see that they're left because you guys take the reviews down that you don't like and that's crazy that y'all can even do that what's really really crazy is the 16th time they still didn't get the job done correct way to go O'Donnells and just I have gotten a lawyer over this whole ordeal because it's your fault!!! over OJ you work for me shows it right the way you treated me the whole this whole time is been absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe the owner hasn't come out and gotten a hold of me. This is 100% no way of business should be conducting their business you may you should have your mechanics go back to school cause as I've said since the beginning you guys never fixed my car you only made it worse and correct me if I'm wrong that I went 48 hours without having to come back there cause that check engine light popped right back on I washed you turned it off before fixing. what the issues were. causing the check engine light Sucks I had to give you any stars because I wouldn't give you a third of a star.

They replaced the transmission in my vehicle and completed another repair to my front blower motors. All of this was done in just a few weeks. Their diagnostic fees are very reasonable. The first shop I visited wasn't comfortable with the diagnostic codes and recommended I go to a Honda dealership. Unfortunately, extending my trip to wait for a dealership appointment wasn't an option. That's when I called Handz On Foreign Auto Care and spoke with Chris, the owner. He patiently talked me through my panic, explained possible causes, and went above and beyond to come in on a Saturday afternoon to help his technician ensure my car was safe for the road. Not only was the service professional and compassionate, but the price for an emergency weekend repair was incredibly fair and comparable to what I would pay at home on a weekday. I left feeling confident in the work and incredibly grateful for their integrity and care. Highly recommend Handz On for anyone needing honest, skilled service in a pinch.

They installed it and said it now pulls left and right when you accelerate which never happened before. I immediately could tell the alignment is clearly off as you can see in the photo (steering wheel is straight) they told me they did align it and get get the sheet. they also said something else might be wrong and to bring it back if I want them to figure it out. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, being cussed at and chewed out and even when that happened I've never treated a customer that way. I wasn't being rude to you until you decided to treat me like that. Awful and you should be ashamed.
