There was still something wrong. So I took it to the Saturn Dealer afterward, and they were able to find the problem and fix it no problem. I don't know why this was so hard, but experiences like this lead me to always take my car into the dealer if I want it done right.

They admitted that they should've called but all I could get from them for my displeasure at the surprise 50%+ increase was $50 off. I called him back at 2:03 and was told he was already there and had left. He would not return to the house and told me to call the office to reschedule.
