Great crew working on the vehicles. They take their time, and are knowledgeable. If there is an issue, they will deal with it.

They do great work! Reasonable prices, and work on regular cars not just off road stuff.

Honest, experienced, and remarkably personable…read more My Honda Civic (known as Champagne) randomly developed a mind of her own. She developed a thirst for blood, and would drive full-speed ahead to wherever she wanted once I turned the key in her ignition. Driving her became scary and I planned on bringing her get her looked at on my day off. However, she couldn't wait, and upon starting would jump to 4500 RPMs and wouldn't come out of park. I chose Denny's because it was local to my home, and my boyfriend had use them years ago for an older Cadillac and received great service. I can't stress how wonderful Denny's was during the whole fiasco. Denny (the owner, who was been doing his thing for over thirty years) took extra time with me, even after hours, on the phone to get a better understanding of what I had experienced with my car and I never felt rushed or embarrassed. He gave me honest answers and competitive and fair prices. Upon completion, after research, I know Denny's saved me over $700. My car is back to her normal and even better self, and I will always chose Denny's in the future for her needs.

The mechanic explained everything thoroughly and gave me options on how to proceed with repairs based on the cost and extent of the repair needed compared to the value of the vehicle. I never felt misled or strung along for "extras" like some places will do. This is the type of business that wants their customers happy and rely on their satisfaction for repeat business and to spread that news by word-of-mouth. I will definitely be back for maintenance services and any repairs I might need in the future.

They have always taken care of me with top-notch service at a reasonable cost. If you have any type of foreign car, there's no better place to get it serviced.

Williams Audi told me they could replace the engine for me for $13,000. Redline Auto Service bought a brand new engine from Audi, and installed it for $4,000 less that what Williams wanted to charge me. Nick at Redline Auto was a true joy to work with. Without ever visiting the Redline Auto service center, I had my Audi Q5 towed to them, and coordinated everything over the phone with Nick while traveling on business. I just picked up the car yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Nick and some of the team (including the dog) in person for the first time. The car with brand new engine is running like a dream, and I'll never take it anywhere else from this point forward. Already planning to take our 2007 Volvo V70 Wagon to Redline Auto for a tune-up.
