I.ve been buying parts for 25 years from Heights My experience on 12 /11/2024 Has me bewildered how a company would employee a guy like "Dave ", I was quote a price for an Item , ( advertised on the internet for$40.00 dollars ) than Got a verbal quote and a time I could pick it up , Agreed . When I went to pic it up the counter guy Dave printed a Bill for the part and said it would be $ 55.00 Dollars , Wow thats not the price , He says to me " We dont sell anything for less than that here " !!! worst experience i have ever had with a salvage yard. bought an engine and after 15 hours installing it. gushed oil. never even left the hoist. this was supposed to be a running motor. obviously not. the replacement motor had a hole blown through the valve cover. had to tear the motor apart looking for the missing bits of cover. again, was supposed to be a running motor. i will never buy from them again. i suggest you beware when dealing with this company. they sell junk at top dollar prices. read more

Not friendly. It's like you're bothering them and they don't want to sell you parts. They have vehicles in the yard with parts you need but they won't pull the parts off and won't let you back there to do it yourself. This place has always been somewhat indifferent towards its customers but has gotten worse over the years. Unless you're looking for big parts that they've already pulled good luck getting what you need even though you know they probably have it. read more

The morning of Oct 9, 2015 I called for a part (Fuel Injector Module) which they had listed on car-part.com for 160 or so. I told the guy I would be driving from 2 hours from Detroit for it and he said it should be pulled by the time I get there as it is still on the truck. When I got there he said I needed to wait at 30 min because the guy was busy. I waited in the car 1 full hour. While I was waiting I saw one of their workers walk out with the part I was supposed to get. When I walked in I was told someone must have stolen the part because it was no longer on the truck. After making me drive 2 hours and lying to me they changed their mind on selling the part individually. They decided not to seperate the part from the engine after listing it for sale for 160. They had the worker that I saw come out with the part in his hand remove it from the truck while I was waiting so that they could show me the car without it and said someone stole it from their inventory although it was still in their inventory. Very bad people please dont do business with them as you will regret it. They are very shady and dishonest..I am a man of my word and dont lie to anyone for anything like you punks. read more
