Williams Audi told me they could replace the engine for me for $13,000. Redline Auto Service bought a brand new engine from Audi, and installed it for $4,000 less that what Williams wanted to charge me. Nick at Redline Auto was a true joy to work with. Without ever visiting the Redline Auto service center, I had my Audi Q5 towed to them, and coordinated everything over the phone with Nick while traveling on business. I just picked up the car yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Nick and some of the team (including the dog) in person for the first time.
