By 4:30 PM I was still waiting--wasting valuable time when I should have been loading and heading to a delivery. On top of that, the employee present spent the entire time complaining about the owner, even saying the last two paychecks "he didn't pay me on time." Very unprofessional and not reassuring. Because of this location's lack of service and poor management, my business has now suffered delays and unnecessary stress. Not recommended.

He showed my husband all the things he needed to know about running this model of tiller. They provided a trailer for the tiller without it being an "extra charge". They have 1/2 day and full day rentals, and they have different sizes of tillers as well as a wide variety of equipment, including lawn rollers and U-Hauls. Very happy with the service we received.

They asked if I was looking to rent equipment the same day, which I possibly was, at which point they told me the equipment couldn't be rented same day, was only by appointment, even if the equipment was available. In over 20 years of renting equipment, this was the most unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unhelpful business I've interacted with.
