By 4:30 PM I was still waiting--wasting valuable time when I should have been loading and heading to a delivery. On top of that, the employee present spent the entire time complaining about the owner, even saying the last two paychecks "he didn't pay me on time." Very unprofessional and not reassuring. They asked if I was looking to rent equipment the same day, which I possibly was, at which point they told me the equipment couldn't be rented same day, was only by appointment, even if the equipment was available. In over 20 years of renting equipment, this was the most unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unhelpful business I've interacted with.
