Would give less stars if it were possible. This place is an ABSOLUTE joke - delivered late, did not give us what we paid for, and refused to work with us on any adjustments after the fact because of course they did nothing wrong and it was all our fault (We were told delivery would be on Wednesday, somehow the contract ended up saying Thursday?? Weird!) The owner, Ryan, is condescending, unhelpful, and clearly does not care AT ALL about integrity or customer satisfaction. So, if you like getting what you paid for, getting it when you were verbally told you would get it by a representative, and dealing with friendly, helpful individuals then STAY AWAY FROM RENT RITE. Not just the Saginaw location, the company as a whole. They're complete and utter garbage. read more

Randy and his team were wonderful to work with! We rented tents, tables, chairs, & a ton of misc. stuff for our daughters wedding on Wixom Lake. Randy and Ryan gave us every confidence that everything was handled and we had nothing to worry about leading up to our daughters big day. I rated them 4 out of 5 because we did have 1 issue in that they sent & setup the wrong grade tent... when we called them about it, their customer service was impecabble, they offered us choices in how we wanted the issue resolved (one of which was that they would come back and switch it out) ...in the end, we decided the B grade tent wasn't really that bad, so we opted for the discount instead. Our guests had no idea and commented on how beautiful everything was! I would totally recommend them for your rental needs. read more
