The website gave me a lot of trouble, so I called the store directly and placed my order. Again, they were very helpful and my order was completed quickly. The only drawback is that their prices are high, but I have to take into consideration that this store is in a rather remote area and it saves me a drive to Midland or Mt. Pleasant.

I was referred to T. Elliott's by a highschool friend and am thankful for the referral. I ran into…read morean issue with Behr paint when spraying it such that I would get bubbles. I went to Tim as I heard that he would be able to give me a higher quality paint and most likely be able to color match. It was not a perfect color match but very close and closer than what any other shop could do. Unfortunately there is no way to match Behr's white perfectly. Tim has been spectacular to work with in numerous ways. First he goes above and beyond. He offered for me to use his paint sprayer which was better than mine. He mixed up paint and told me if I'm not satisfied with the color I did not have to pay for it. Tim is also incredibly knowledgeable of paint, any substrate it can be applied to, application, and nearly any subject. The project that I have been working on is my staircase and he even suggested using hot glue to install my iron balusters such that if any of them are ever damaged or I simply want to change the balusters I can. I never thought of that as an option. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a high level of customer service and knowledge with any business anymore. He is a 35 minute drive from me and if I have any question about anything I even suspect he might know the answer to I call Tim or his partner and they usually have an answer and are excited to help! It took seven trips back and forth, with Tim modifying the color slightly each time (for no additional charge), before I finally got a perfect match. I would give this store six stars (out of five) if that were possible. They are the reason bricks-and-mortar stores should always exist! MP
