He was super friendly, honest, was there when we needed him and gave us space when we needed to think about things. We set up a delivery and the gentlemen who came were Zeke and Carlos. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Also very strong, they couldn't quite make it up our long driveway so had to carry our furniture a good bit of way to the house. They handled our furniture with care and also didn't let the extra work of carrying our furniture get in the way of their friendly demeanor. They also took our old furniture out of the house for us and carried a rocking chair to the basement. Overall excellent customer service from the time we walked through the barn doors to the time the delivery guys left our house. We got a great deal on nice furniture, I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing to purchase furniture.

They may be great, but I don't need to be told to call and jump thru the hoops of some salesperson just to get a price. I am already considering over an hour drive to go get a recliner. I would like to have more than just a catalog picture. Price as well as what fabric options before I burn a tank of gas to get there. Now they may have a wonderful staff and service. I do not know yet. The website and it's lack of information on the pieces I was interested in and the "call for best price" and "request more information" forms to be emailed what I need to know (and giving them my email address in the process) was enough to put me off. Until that changes, I will look elsewhere.

He answered several questions about the Zecliner and even took the time to measure one for me while I was on the phone. Terry didn't have to provide such thorough and thoughtful service, but he did, and it made a world of difference. His professionalism and willingness to help were truly refreshing. I wish we had this level of customer care in Los Angeles!

I went to Millard's last week to look for a washer and dryer. My expectations weren't the highest…read morebecause my previous encounters there had not been the best. A lady named Terri Ann greeted me when I arrived and showed me several choices and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She wasn't pushy, just wanted to answer all my questions. I made my decision and went to the front of the store to make delivery arrangements. The owner even joined us for a bit which I thought was great customer appreciation. Terri Ann made it a great experience for me, no high pressure and a smile all the way. Also, they delivered it two days later. They arrived and took our old set out, installed it and installed the new set and hauled away the old one. I am very happy with the entire experience and the people I worked with!

I purchased a new dishwasher and the wiring harness to the pump was damaged when delivered. They…read moreordered the new part and replaced it three days later. The unit would still not pump out all of the water. I asked to have this dishwasher replaced with a new unit because I was not keeping this one which was on its second service call and had not washed the first load of dishes. I had paid over $1,000 so I felt my request to be reasonable. I did try to buy another unit from Millards but there were none available in the finish I needed. They destroyed my check and picked up the non-working unit. HOWEVER, they sent me an invoice for $125 for installation which had a hand written note on it "You Owe This!" and underlined. When I went to the store and spoke with Greg Millard regarding this invoice, he told me what a favor he did us by not also charging for a pickup. That was a little more than insulting. This is what I would have expected from one of the "big box stores" and why I chose to pay a little more and get customer service over price. That was clearly not the case at this store.
