The second time after many calls was the middle/end of July. My camp site has been overwhelmed by ants, flies, mosquitoes and ticks! I just called again to have them spray before the holiday... worst choice I've made!! Not responsive to calls, doesn't show up when they said they would! Didn't get the service I paid for! I would give them 1 star if any at this point!

Initially, contact was great, services were excellent, technicians showed up when/where they were supposed to and performed contacted services. Unfortunately, after the second year it began to go downhill. We were being billed for appointments that never happened; sent fraudulent invoices for services that were not performed. We initially thought that maybe it was a mistake due to employee changes etc. We reached out to the company several times to report these findings and we're always told that we'd be contacted by management and not to worry, the concerns would be rectified. Unfortunately, that was not the case. 4 years wasted money. Now left searching for a new company...
