You probably won't…read morewant to go anywhere else though if there's a Weingartz anywhere near you - these folks not only offer a wide variety of equipment brands, but have a truly excellent parts and service department with the best service I've ever experienced, hands-down. I bought my lawnmower from a big-box store many years ago and then I got my Cub Cadet snowblower from Weingartz back around 2010. We had to downsize a few years ago and so my equipment was in storage for a few years. This year, we have a house again and so it was time to get this equipment serviced, so I called Weingartz. Scheduling the service was a snap. The entire service department, from the receptionists to the service technicians, was friendly and helpful. They were able to come out to my home and pick up all my equipment, which was nice. Unfortunately, they had my old address on file and didn't initially come to my new place as I had instructed the receptionist. The day of the pick-up, the driver called me from the old address to find out why I wasn't there and so I had to tell him of the mix-up. He was calm and unshaken and just got directions to my new place. Afterwards, they got everything taken care of in just a couple of days and at a very fair price. When I called to schedule the drop-off, I accidentally called the service manager directly rather than the main store. I felt pretty bad about bothering him unnecessarily and offered to call the store, but Mike was totally cool about it and just scheduled the drop-off for me himself! You just don't see service and support like this very often nowadays. I won't ever go anywhere else and I can't say enough good things about these folks.

Solid overall but PRICEY. That's not a news flash but I still use them to buy small parts from time…read moreto time. Very professional but when I was in there today I saw an ExMark for 20K....I mean.....jeez.

It's hit or miss buying used equipment. One thing I wish they did was a service report of the item…read moreyou were buying before hand. I like to know what I'm getting. Wouldn't hesitate to take anything in for service work though, knowledgeable team who's always been good to me.

Update written 4 Oct 2017 and posted 28 Nov 2017…read more Though I had an unfortunate experience with a lawn mower for which I previously wrote a review. I figured it was probably a fluke so I returned and bought a used Poulan Chainsaw. I have cancer and the doctor cautioned me about using it because I am on a ten-pound lifting limit. I did not use it until September for the first time. It kept stalling every time I released the throttle. I took it in because I figured the idle needed adjustment. They examined it and found it had a cracked fuel line and said they would fix it $75 or they would give it a tune up for $70 and fix the gas line at no additional cost. I said it has only be used once for about 10 minutes. They said it cannot sit for a few months without needing a tune up. I had a Homelite saw for about 25 years and it rarely needed a tune up. Schreibers replaced the spark plug, cleaned the carburetor, cleaned the air filter, and tested it for $70. All those things should not have been needed because the saw was only used for about 10 minutes. I had the same problem with lawn mower I bought from them. I bought it back after using it once and they said it needed a tune up. Both the mower and saw should been sold in operating condition. It seems they sell items in ill repair and when it is brought back they charge for a tune up that should have been done before they sold it. I am not pleased and will not purchase anything from them again. They have always been friendly and helpful but charged for repairs that should have been covered on new purchases. They should sell products that are in usable condition or fix them at no charge if they are not. It is unfortunate that I cannot write a good review. I would like to see them have a successful business but I expect better service and products. I hope others have better experiences. Be cautious. Steven M
