If I could give this company no stars I would!! We called them to pump our tank. When the rep arrived, he couldn't find the tank. He told us that he could put a sensor down and find it that way, for an extra $60. We did that, but he still couldn't find the tank. A friend of ours finally found a tank for him. He dug up the opening and found an out of use tank with a plywood cover. Although it was obviously not the right tank, he pumped it anyway and charged us for it. The tank was empty before he "pumped it". Total charge $360. Another Countrywide rep came out and told us the only way to find the tank was to bring in the backhoe and dig up the yard for a cost of $10,000 to $12,000. Unsatisfied with this approach, we called another company that came out right away. He couldn't find the right tank either, but instead of trying to make more money off of us, he checked with the Health Dept for a drawing (free of charge). He found the tank right away. When I called Countrywide to pump the right tank, they told me it would cost me again. They claim that since I (someone who has never had a septic tank before) signed the receipt for pumping an empty tank I would have to pay for another pumping. Obviously, Countrywide doesn't care about customer service or doing the right thing. But they will take you for as much money as they can! DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY REASON UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT FOR SERVICES YOU DON'T NEED!!!!! read more
