I gave him my exact mower (Scag tiger cat 2 52") and the exact length of blade as well as the bore hole size. He still could not tell me if they had it. Guy was very condescending and dismissive. I then called superior saw in mason and asked if they had blades for a scag tiger cat 2 52" and he said let me check... then checked and said they had plenty. They didnt need exact serial numbers of anything. Far better customer service. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way to for their customer service and parts.

We have purchased a lawn tractor, numerous pieces of lawn equipment, chainsaws in different sizes, and even purchased a chainsaw for each of our kids. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When Hutson purchased this business, it had a stellar reputation. It takes years to build a good reputation, and weeks to demolish it. They have lost a good customer.
