Prices are reasonable, staff are helpful and polite and they seem to actually care about the customer's satisfaction. I looked under the car and there was a puddle of oil. Had it towed to Walmart and the next day I walked there to have them look at it. When they did, they said the oil filter came off in only HALF of a turn. It was never tightened down. They ran new oil through and metal shavings came out. They said I would have ruined the engine had I tried to make it home. I DEFINITELY can't recommend this place.

They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. My sons vehicle went into limp mode on the way to college on the west side of Michigan at 69-96…read moreinterchange in Lansing. He was able to get off the freeway and to a safe spot. It was a Sunday morning. Brought vehicle to Town and Country and left keys in drop box for Monday. We live in the greater Detroit area. Curtis got the vehicle in and diagnosed the issue. Curtis said that the vehicle went into limp mode due to low oil pressure and an oils sample showed metal bits. He said he was not sure that replacing the failed part would fix the car due to the issue possibly caused by the low oil pressure. I decided to not repair the vehicle and scrap it instead. Curtis allowed me to keep it at the shop for about 5 days no issue until I could get my ducks in a row with a scrap yard and a replacement vehicle for my son. He was very understanding of the issue and accommodating. He even gave us a discount on the diagnostic fee he performed on the vehicle! I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would bring my vehicle service/repair needs to Town and Country and Curtis!

The trick is to pass through the lot while discreetly writing down plate numbers and vehicle descriptions, then call Parking Enforcement from a stealth location, then time their ETA just right with that of the wreckers. If done correctly the cars are hoisted the second the ticket hits the windshield. To those that think this is underhanded, that is what you get for your own underhandedness of parking illegally.

Regardless of whether a tow is authorized, there is no reason for a manager to speak to a customer that way for asking reasonable questions. Very unprofessional and completely unhelpful.
