The facility is really clean and organized, the lobby is comfortable (with AC and free WiFi!), and all 3 employees were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Anthony greeted me when I first pulled up for my oil change and was extremely helpful. He checked my lights and tire pressure. I ended up also getting my brakes replaced because I was planning to do that anyway and had no idea that was something Jiffy Lube offered! The price is great too. Sometimes I feel like mechanics and oil change places are pushy or try to upsell me but I didn't get that here at all. Ivo did a great job replacing my oil and Tamia simultaneously worked on replacing my air filter and then helped close me out while the other two finished my tire rotation. Everyone seemed to work really well as a team and it was one of the fastest and most efficient services I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and courteous service from employees who really care about both your vehicle and making sure you have a positive experience!

But, none of my debit cards worked. How embarrassing! The man that had greeted me said, it's ok. I had $100 on me. But not the remaining $70. He said, give me some sort of ID or something and return later with the rest. I had found out later that my accounts had been drained and over drafted more that 2k. Identity theft is real people! Nearly a month later (as a retired Vet I only get paid once a month) I went back to settle my balance. When I walked in, the same man was there. He handed my Military ID back to me and said, don't worry about the $70. He said, the owner had come in just after you left. He told me the owner would forgive the $70. Because of my Military Service. Wow Many businesses have Military Discounts and I appreciate that. But this act of kindness took my breath away. His generosity helped me more than he knew. Staff were doing their best to mask up and socially distance while they took care of my car. While talking, my friendly service rep, Alex, asked me to lower my window to eye level as a temporary 'face shield' for further covid protection. He maintained about a 6 feet distance during our conversation. I also rolled up my window when not talking during service. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They ran out of the oil needed for my car and graciously went next door to the car shop next door to see if they had any extra they could use. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained to me everything they found during the check-up while suggesting services they could help with as well as ongoing discounts. He doesn't always work at this location, but I've had pleasant interactions with other staff when I've come in for an oil change. As always, do your research to see what would more time and cost-effective to do on your own or at a repair shop. Would recommend Valvoline if you just need someone to get the job done quickly!

Not only is the customer service fantastic (which is huge for me, as I am in the industry), but their pricing is honest and cannot be beat. I was called and told what the issue with my vehicle was and what the cost was going to be and ...would I like for them to continue and repair/replace? I mean, this is stuff from my parents' age where the Mechanic calls and tells you what's wrong and what it's going to cost and then asks "would you like for us to go ahead and fix it?" before anything is done to your vehicle. It used to be run by some scary people doing sketchy things. Once I pulled in for an oil change and they informed me that they didn't have any oil or any oil filters (?!). That was then, this is now. Open for ~2 years now, family owned and operated it is clean, friendly, efficient and reliable. Prices are reasonable, staff are helpful and polite and they seem to actually care about the customer's satisfaction. There's no one behind me now though, so 1 pm might be the magical time for you to come! And you absolutely MUST come here. Ryan is such a star: super polite, helpful, and accommodating. I had a host of questions (new-ish car owner) and he was so patient when answering. Plus, he was not judgmental at all when I didn't know how to pop my car hood. You hear all these horror stories about women being talked down to at places, and Ryan was very much the epitome of graciousness. They are such clear pros here with crisp communication during the entire process. Super efficient and quick - you're in and out in 10 mins! They also provide WiFi for when you're waiting, which is a thoughtful touch.
