Came in to see what was available in general and was looking to rent some specific equipment. The guys at the front desk were rude, made no attempt at being helpful, and acted like they were being put out when asked questions. They asked if I was looking to rent equipment the same day, which I possibly was, at which point they told me the equipment couldn't be rented same day, was only by appointment, even if the equipment was available. Beware!!! Lets start with the fact that the equipment is in terrible condition, its clear that they do not take care of their equipment, and anything that breaks, even if they are at fault is your responsibility. THEY neglected to latch an engine cover when THEY loaded the equipment in their yard, I never even touched the machine before i got home. Natually, it blew off by the time I got home. My fault. I litterally paid for them to break their own equipment. Sad thing is, the guy that loaded the machine was the only pleasant and professional person I encountered. Reserved a wet saw to cut some tile. Pick it up the next day. After getting home and setting it up, the water pump didn't work. Call asking if they knew why? Told "nope should work". After returning it maybe 2 hours later, told the attendant the water pump didn't work. He wasn't surprised indicating it's been sitting there for awhile. I guess if you reserve ahead of time, they don't verify everything works. Still got charged for the full amount! read more

Tried renting a lift for tree service work. The tail lights were out and you could see the wires had been severed. The manager and the lady at the front desk were extremely rude. The manager acted upset that we did not want to risk driving without tail lights. He wanted us to rent it knowing it had no lights. He said don't rent it and walked away. To top it off I had just paid for it and now have to wait 3-5 days for my refund. They treat their paying customers like it is a privilege to rent from them. Worst customer service ever. I rented a sander from them. They give you a bunch of sandpaper and then charge you for the number of sheets. I made the mistake of not counting the sheets (expecting honesty) when I left. I used 3 and when I brought it back, they told me I used 6. I said, nicely, I only used three I must not have had all of them to start. The lady was like, you used 6. For $12 and a good deal on the sander, I wasn't going to bicker about it. I can say it's doubtful I'll go back there. It was just bad customer service. No one told me how many sheets I had to begin with. I figured they knew. They were wrong (I just picked up the 3 I used from my back porch). I was kinda shocked at how dismissive they were but it seemed like they didn't care. I like to support local and small, but I can take my business elsewhere, as well as tell my friends. read more

Zero stars. Beware. The guy who loaded the equipment on the trailer, damaged the truck because he did not check the ball size. He apologized and said they will take care of it. When calling Mike, the manager, a few minutes later, either he lied or the guy lied to him claiming that we attached the trailer to the truck, which is a flat lie I will take them to court for the damage. This has to be on of the worst landscape rentals out there. The manager has a hot temper And there goal is to come up with any excuse to charge you more. Do not go here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.! On top of that they don't even keep track of there hours on what your renting and try to make up hours . make sure you keep track.
