I would strongly encourage others to be cautious when doing business or working with this company…read morebased on my personal experience. I attempted multiple times to handle a serious issue privately and professionally involving equipment stolen and seen using it on FB post etc. When I arrived with law enforcement to try and verify the equipment, the business owner refused to cooperate or allow the officer to view it, despite the situation potentially being resolved very quickly through simple transparency. As someone who depends on this equipment for work, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. What was even more concerning to me was the company's continued support of an employee "with multiple and recent DV and theft charges" despite repeated issues and complaints surrounding his conduct. Instead of helping resolve the matter professionally, I was met with denial and resistance. I have documented conversations, screenshots, photos, and other evidence connected to this situation and will continue pursuing the proper channels. I believe businesses should operate with honesty, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

I didn't agree to having my roof replaced and already they pulled a permit! That was unfair. Jimmerson Roofing lost all my respect and business. My neighbor had them reroof their home a couple months later and noticed they use... "cheap labor" to do the roofing and they didn't hesitate to throw the old shingles into my yard! I had to ask them to pick it up. This was infuriating! I have since hired a more reputable roofing company that has integrity and values their customers.

Outstanding service from Fred and Sons Hauling!…read more I can't say enough good things about Fred and his crew. I had a huge amount of brush, vines, limbs, tree roots, and overgrown debris along my fence line that needed to be hauled away. I had reached out to several other companies; many took forever just to come give a quote, and others were charging outrageous prices or couldn't schedule the job for weeks. Fred was different. He was responsive, professional, and honest. I called and texted, and he came out the same day to give me a quote--on the spot. He honored that quote, came back the next day, and got everything cleaned up. Fast, efficient, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. They didn't just haul the mess; they cleaned up after themselves and left the space looking great. This is the kind of service that's missing in landscaping and yard work today. I had done all the cutting myself but didn't have the tools, equipment, or truck to haul it away. Fred and Sons Hauling took care of all of it without hassle and at a fair price. If you've got a big mess in your yard and need it gone, don't wait: Call Fred. Fast, fair, and fantastic. Highly recommend!

They were responsive to our questions, correctly diagnosed the work that needed to be done and were friendly and helpful. When we needed help with some paperwork related to the job, they gave us exactly what we needed with same-day service. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again.
