I now have a lawsuit pending against Jason Lamrouex. He left me no choice. In my opinion, he is a…read moresexual predator and fraudster. These are things I can prove. I paid him for finishing a house in Au Gres, Mi., and he took 2 years to do 1/4 of the work. I begged him regularly to finish the job. I had already paid him most of the money (he kept asking for advances). He left a huge mess and never even bothered to finish sheathing the roof so water pours inside. Much of the work he did manage to do has rotted because he never covered any wood. I would send numerous messages, make calls and he would ignore me for weeks which would drag into months. Whenever he did respond, his excuses for not getting back with me were always ridiculous. Sadly, tools of mine that Jason used and were at the location, came up missing. To top it off, I had to put up with sexual comments on a regular basis. I would try to ignore it and just brush it off. I am an older lady and it was typical for my era. I walked that fine line of trying not to rock the boat and hoping he would finish the job. In the end, and out of the blue, he sent me a photo of his genitals. Yep, he did that. I went to the Sheriff's office and reported him. The officer I talked to told me that he was 'well known' to them. Wish I had known this prior to hiring him. The whole thing has been a terrible experience. I feel obligated to let other women know what they may be in for if they hire this guy.

Looks like we were right to be suspicious of the so-called "head roofer" back in February…read more One of the owners was here (Steve) and not only was he unaware of our problem, he went up there to look for himself and he said my skylight is FULL of water and he's never seen such a thing. He "sealed the snot out of them" as I typed. If the "head" had talked to his boss, this likely would've been fixed ages ago...or at least as soon as it was warm enough for the sealer to work. So, three stars from the review I wrote in 2018, one from February, five from today, average them out...back to three stars. But remember: Steve himself is five stars (and probably Paul is, too). They actually care about their own business! Their employees? Probably like any place...depends on who you get.

Our experience during quoting, actual work and after the sale have all exceed our expectations. We had our roof completed in April; there was a mix up on a window that was supposed to be replaced (by a different contractor). Paul stuck to his word and made it right 6 months after completion. We highly recommend working with this team, you'll have an added bonus if Joe is the foreman for the project.

I got an estimate from them for siding our house a year ago. I didn't go with them. Let me tell…read moreyou, I SHOULD'VE GONE WITH THEM! The company that did my work didn't do that great of a job. This year my siding cracked ( I have a warranty). I called that company several times and emailed and they said in 1-2 weeks they would be out. Never came out. I emailed and called with NO call backs. So, I decided to call this place to see if they would do a repair even though they didn't do the original job. I sent photos and a description and they gave me a price over email without coming to see the job. I agreed. They said 1-2 weeks. Very next day, I got a call they were going to come fix it. It took the guy less than an hour to fix the repair. After waiting several months from the original company to come fix their work, this company did it. I should've just hired these guys to do it in the first place. The least I can do is give these guys a good review for their speedy repair.
