I would strongly encourage others to be cautious when doing business or working with this company based on my personal experience. I attempted multiple times to handle a serious issue privately and professionally involving equipment stolen and seen using it on FB post etc. When I arrived with law enforcement to try and verify the equipment, the business owner refused to cooperate or allow the officer to view it, despite the situation potentially being resolved very quickly through simple transparency. As someone who depends on this equipment for work, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. What was even more concerning to me was the company's continued support of an employee "with multiple and recent DV and theft charges" despite repeated issues and complaints surrounding his conduct. Instead of helping resolve the matter professionally, I was met with denial and resistance. I have documented conversations, screenshots, photos, and other evidence connected to this situation and will continue pursuing the proper channels. I believe businesses should operate with honesty, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. read more

They provide excellent and safe tree services. They cleaned up appropriately after completion.

Tree removal that had fallen due to a storm. Tree was cut and they removed another tree. Very personable good salesman but left a lot of 3-4 ft branches on the ground. don't an hour picking up the branches. read more

Had the displeasure of encountering these workers when asked to remove their item from the neighbors private property were rude, had a weed vape in had, and 1 was asleep behind the heavy equipment. Save yourself the hassle and go with sober workers with manners. read more

We had Wright Way Tree remove two very large 80 foot trees with power lines involved. They were very professional and did exactly was was promised. Clean up was great and they did repairs to the lawn from the trucks. We would recommend them highly! read more

I couldn't have been more pleased with my recent service from Wright Way of large bush removal and way back trimming of an overgrown lilac bush. They were able to come within two days of my agreement to move forward with the job. I received a written estimate and thought it was more than reasonable. I was pleased when they showed up and had a conversation with me before driving on my lawn (drain fields to worry about!). I was more than satisfied with the final result - which was LONG overdue! And no payment until job was finished. I'd definitely use them again! I don't know why this says San Francisco, CA. I live in Charlotte, MI. read more

This company came to my property and had a big job of 4 maple trees that had not been properly trimmed maybe ever. I am very pleased at their efficiency and they did exactly as we agreed upon. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I am satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone. read more

When I got home this company cut the branches from our front yard tree that were at least 15 feet from the power lines near the road. Now the tree looks butchered. I asked the person in charge why his crew cut this tree and could not give me a reason why they did. He was even surprised. My neighbors tree which is touching the power lines was left untouched. The field crew truly needs to use common sense when working in the field. Do not recommend this company due to this issue that occurred on 4/25/2022. read more

Palla S I had 3 trees removed and paid xtra to have stuff removed and grind. That was done left over 100 small branches and limbs in my backyard that need to be picked up. Haven't brought back soil or seeds. Left a few holes in front yard and i felt the grinding of the trees was all over the place. So i do feel like it was a little unprofessional. I know we are in a pandemic right now but i paid full amount and expected everything i was told i was paying for. read more

I've used them before for simple jobs and it went okay. This last time I had multiple things done and found it not to be as professional as I feel in my opinion it should be. The first clue to me should have been that they never submitted a written estimate. The people who came to do the work were different than who did the estimate. The actual work needed was not communicated properly back to the workers. I notified them several times that they did not complete all the work I was charged for. They didn't care about anything but collecting their balance. read more
