First he claimed the grass was to long, then he requested the cars in the driveway to be moved. The location was on a busy street with very little parking. The tenants were not able to park int he street until people left in the morning for work. The tenant was up and ready to move the cars when he arrived. But, instead of knock on the door, he just drive by and left. Then sent me an email stating that he was keeping my deposit, charging me for two service calls and the job of cancelled. This was after he cancelled on me twice because of a flat tire and other equipment failure. Most unprofessional contractor I've ever worked with. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT contract will Dion Brown or Aerial Tree and Lawn Care. Especially if you have a technically challenging job.

It was quite old and rotting at the base so the storm left it leaning towards our new fence, not quite resting on it but close to taking the fence down. They did a fantastic job! Actually amazing to watch, they methodically cut down the tree and dropped it piece by piece in the backyard very precisely, never hitting the fence or any of my flower boxes. Really appreciate the care they took. Cleaned everything up and took it all away. So thrilled that we have no damage to the fence!
