Chad Fox, owner of Professional Tree Care LLC, came to my home to give me estimates on trimming a…read moretree. I also showed him an ugly massively overgrown plant and a large overgrown shrub on the south side of my house, along my property line, that I wanted removed. After I received his estimates, a date was set for the work. His crew was due to arrive at my home between 3-4 p.m. and arrived at 4:30 on a Friday. After the tree trimming, one of the men came to my front door and showed me a paper that Chad Fox had given to him. There was a color photo taken from the NORTHEAST corner of my lot. The photo showed part of my garage, part of the sidewalk leading to my front door, and the lawn in front of my house. Above the photo was typed: "All shrubs" and the description: "Ground clean up". There are NO "shrubs", nothing but lawn, in front of my house to "clean up"!!! The worker was confused. I showed him the overgrown plant and shrub on the SOUTH side of my house, along my property line, that I had shown to Chad. It was almost 5:00 and the crew quickly took care of the plant and shrub. So quickly that they left twigs and leaves on my neighbor's lawn!!! I watched through a window and saw the mess. When the worker came to get my check, I told him that the mess had to be cleaned up before they left. He told me they would take care of it. Five minutes later, the entire crew and both trucks were gone, but the mess on my neighbor's lawn was still there!!! I immediately called the office, but it was after 5:00 so I left a voice recording about the neglected cleanup. I received a call from Chad Fox's office Monday morning to tell me that "they would be over sometime today" to take care of the mess they had left behind on the neighbor's lawn. It's been five days and NO ONE has yet shown up!!! I am posting this because I am a single senior citizen woman who is still healing from heart surgery done less than a year ago AND because I paid Chad Fox the SAME amount of money for a 10-minute job done by 2 men that I paid for 4 men to trim my tree AND because Chad Fox failed to give his crew the correct information for their work at my house AND because Chad Fox's crew chief lied to me about the crew cleaning up the mess AND because Chad Fox's office failed to send a crew, as they promised, to clean up their mess! If Chad Fox didn't want the job of removing the plant and shrub, he should have said so when he was at my house!!! Chad Fox owns this company and only Chad Fox is fully responsible for the quality, good or bad, of his employees' work!
