We have used Tony Grant's Painting Company for all of our painting projects in the last "more-than"…read moredecade. They have literally painted every inch of our home - inside and out over the course of several projects. I am very comfortable giving Phil and his crews the highest rating for the following reasons: trustworthy, attention to detail, cleanliness, quality, value, friendly. I don't ever get bids for painting any more, because I know Phil and his crews will get the job done and done well. The pricing is always more than fair. Also, as mentioned by another review, Phil will always make sure you are satisfied and happy with the work done, or they will fix it promptly. They have never balked at little "extras" that come up during the course of the project. No hesitation giving Tony Grant's Painting and Phil Kuriakose a 5-star rating!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!…read more The crew members sent into our home stole from us and had outstanding arrest warrants. The owner, Joe Vermetti, initially claimed he was "100% behind us" and deeply sorry. However, he quickly showed his true colors: he completely ghosted us, took zero responsibility, and has failed to even show up for scheduled court dates. Do not let this business into your home. They lack basic oversight, conduct zero proper employee vetting, and the owner hides the moment serious accountability is required. Save yourself the theft and stress--hire a professional company with actual standards. NOTE: do not trust reviews. Many are written by friends and family!!!

Del from Delta painting, more than anyone else I have worked with in any area of contracting in the…read morelast two years, has been a standout. He does work of equal quality to anyone, with faster turn around times, frequently with better prices, and - perhaps most importantly - he simply does an amazing amount of things, minimizing the number of calls you have to make to businesses that only do one thing and nothing else. He has painted, installed two steel exterior doors, built a set of steps to a basement, swapped out outlets, patched ceilings, diagnosed heating system issues, and installed registers in heating ducts. Delta Painting is not just a painting service - with Del, you get a handyman of the old school, who can do anything as well as anybody and generally do it with less hassle. My only hesitation in recommending him is that you may get him on your schedule before I do.

I was fixing my house up to sell after some neglect by tenets and water damage. I ended up using Del to refinish all my windows, do interior paint touch up, add some extensions to downspouts and other work. His work was always on time, exactly what he quoted, or time and material costs as agreed to. He was always available to call text and send pictures as I was doing this from out of state. Del would suggest cost saving options rather than suggesting you buy all new windows like most window companies will do. I would use Del to do any future work they didn't require a plumber/electrician. Fantastic!

The business owner wanted to charge us to repair these areas, saying it wasn't due to his work, but rather due to older peeling paint. Though his contract language protects him in saying this, I believe surface prep might also be a factor in these flaws. I was disappointed that, after investing a lot of money with him to do the job, he was unwilling to make it right. I perceive that he was more focused on arguing than on customer service. I wouldn't recommend his services.

This company was working for a house across the road from me in East Lansing and parked in front of my house on the curb, during trash pickup the day after we got 12" of snow. This is all fine and good, but they parked so close to where my garbage bin is picked up by the garbage truck, the city truck had problems putting the bin back in the spot on the curb and ended up leaving the bin about 5 feet directly in front of the parked Milan Sasic Painting company truck. Enough room to probably turn sharp and pull out of their parking spot around it. So I'm inside, working from home and online meetings and such watching this play out. Wondering to myself, will this business do the nice thing and take a moment while cleaning snow off their vehicle to also move my bin the extra 2 feet to get it away from the front of their truck and replace it back on my curb? Just turn sharp enough right away to avoid it? It's empty and will take this guy about 10 seconds. NO - I watched this guy wipe off the snow from his windows and windshield, look at my garbage bin two or three times AND THEN CHOOSE TO RAM MY BIN WITH HIS TRUCK. Drove my bin about 20 feet across the snow until it fell over to the piles in front of my next-door neighbor. It managed to not crack the bin and the wheels still roll, the top works... so no real harm done. JUST A COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT for the neighborhood and community as a whole. So I'm here, vowing never to use the company myself and telling the internet of their general lack of respect. I have no idea if this corresponds the level of detail and care it takes to complete interior/exterior painting... but I'm willing to bet the company cuts corners here and there. Or at least that employee does. You've been warned.
