Professional, quick, on-time service from Dan. He was very attentive to detail, did a great job in about one hour, and requires only a 2 hour window of wait time. I prefer givng my business to the smaller independent business person and, this time, there was a bonus of a lower price than a large competitive company quoted. read more

AMAZING. This morning, I went outside to find my passenger side window broken into. I frantically called a couple places and was told that they have to get an estimate first then they can fix my car the next day (maybe). Since I use my car for work, I was really hoping that I can get it fixed today with a reasonable price. I saw the reviews on yelp and gave auto glass solutions a call around 10:30am. The woman on the phone was very helpful! I was a bit frantic on the phone but she was very understanding and told me that she can have someone out to my place (YES! They drive TO you.) between 11:00-12:00 today. She quoted me 195 plus tax (which is reasonable for passenger side window). Around 11:20, Dan calls me and says he will be here in about 25 mins. He was very prompt! Dan got here around 11:50 and started working on my car and it was done by 12:30! Very fast, great job, and fantastic customer service. If I need anything for my car windows, I will DEFINITELY give them a call! read more

Super Awesome Customer Service. Showed up early after they called me and asked if they could. Did a great job and treated me like a valuable customer. Love these types of companies. read more

Amazing experience! They respond fast on Yelp messages. I got a call within an hour and have everything planned. Dan showed up on time and I got an OEM glass replaced in an hour, plus, Dan even saved me the old good-to-go sticker! He also explained me the safety tips at the end. Now I have my new windshield for 2 weeks and it's working perfectly. read more

I will chime in on the praise for Autoglass Solutions. I found them on YELP and was terrifically satisfied with the work they did. It was raining and our car was parked in a cramped alleyway but the technician got here on time (with a phone warning), put up a little tent over the window, did the job, and was gone in less than an hour. He also gave us good advice on follow-up to make sure the seal would be OK. I have already referred them to a bunch of my friends and will NEVER work with anyone else. read more

These guys were really helpful! I had my window broken out of my car in the middle of the night. that next morning I called to get on the schedule but since they had my window in stock, they were able to provide same-day service. They were able to come to my home and do the repairs without me having to drive unsafely through traffic. They were so quick, thorough, and cost effective. Plus their work comes with a warranty. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Arrived just when they said they would, got the work done quickly and beautifully. From the initial phone call to the really personable young man who did the installation, I can't imagine a better experience for this kind of need. read more

I just drove from Texas to Federal way and received a chip in the windshield. I called several places in reference to Yelp reviews. I choose Autoglass Solutions and I'm glad I did. I called Paula enroute from Portland OR and she helped to make an appointment at the Hotel in Federal way. Daniel showed up early and had the repair job underway in no time. He cleaned the windshield repaired the chip removed one of my stickers on the windshield and was on his way in under 30 minutes. Daniel was professional, courteous and knowledgeable; he did a great job. Thank you Daniel. read more

Luis was very helpful and professional. Made sure he had exactly what was needed with appropriate questions and options when I set up the appointment. Was quick and thorough with the repair. Though not new to the business, he's relatively new to his location, so the signage is not as clear and the office area is pretty barren. I didn't drop any stars for this, though, because that's not why I was there. Great service, excellent price, highly recommended. read more

From scheduling to the installation, every step was amazing. We've had several windshields replaced before and this was by far the best experience. Highly recommended. read more

Getting car prowled sucks. Like, it really really sucks. Everything about it sucks, not the least of which is stressing about finding time to get your smashed window cleaned up and replaced before it rains again. I called 5 or 6 places this morning, and Autoglass Solutions stood out. First of all, they were easy to reach and the woman on the phone was helpful, compassionate, and clear. They were by far the lowest quote, and were able to come out this afternoon. They came to me, even in a rainstorm. A friendly man named Dan pulled up next to my car in our alley, set up a pop up tent, and got to work. Within an hour my car was good as new. Every step of the way was as painless as this kind of thing could be. I'm grateful. read more

Couldn't be happier. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful and worked with me to get my windshield repaired as soon as possible. Dan came to my house and was on time and friendly and fixed my window up in about 20 minutes. Genuine and trustworthy business. Will use again for any glass needs. read more

My car window was broken during a break-in and Autoglass Solutions saved the day. They responded to my online inquiry really fast and came to fix my window the next day. Dan did a fantastic job and was very friendly. I would definitely use them again! read more

Awesome service, very friendly staff. They care about your safely and getting you an appointment as soon as possible.

My car was broken into and I needed my back driver side window replaced. I went with auto glass solutions because of the consistent 5 star reviews, and I am so happy that I went with them. I did find a cheaper quote elsewhere, but Paula was able to price match, which was even better because auto glass solutions offer mobile service, where as the other place that quoted me cheaper did not. So having Paula price match that plus come to my place to fix it was definitely a sweet deal! Luke, was the technician that came out. He's so professional and did and excellent job getting all the broken glass out. The original glass put in did not fit correctly. When the window rolls up, the rubber gasket would kind of stick out. So we thought the rubber needed time to mold to a new window. They assured me after a week if it still continued, they would come swap it out free of charge. A week passed, and they ended up having to swap it out. They brought with them two different brands of windows. And both, did the same thing. At this point I knew it was not their fault, it was the design of my vehicle. Three different brands of windows still had the same problem. Paula, took it to another level and went out of her way to track down a window made by my car make, Honda. She totally could of told me "tuff luck" and let it be, but I was amazed at how much she cared to find the perfect window to fit properly. We ended up with a dealer part window. She also had tracked down a used part and gave me options, but I choose to go with a brand new one. It did cost me around $100 more, but totally understandable because anytime you buy a dealer part it always would be more. But this was what made me extremely extra impressed. Even though the new part would been extra $100, I was worried it would do the same thing causing the rubber gasket to push out. And For me $100 is a lot of money to be wasting on an item if that did not fix the issue especially with three cheaper non honda products I could of stuck with, so this was a gamble. But Paula is sooo amazing!! She told me if the honda window still created the problem, she would just put back the other window and I would not have to be forced to keep the honda window and pay the extra $100! If it did fit then of course I would pay it! So it was a good relief cause having to spend $100 and not have the problem fix would definitely suck!! Luke came back out and when he finished Installing the new honda window, the problem was fixed! The window had fit perfectly!!!! I am so happy and so glad Paula was with me In this all the way and I thank you Paula for going out of your way and spending so much time tracking down parts and calling around to give me options on possible used windows. She could of just told me only new parts were available and only care about making the most $$$ off me, but the fact she also did research on used parts made me definitely feel she was understanding of my budget too! Even though I went for a new part, I do appreciate all the work and effort you put into this because it was totally not your guys fault or problem. This was how honda built it I guess so I would only be able to buy honda parts (d*amn you Honda!! Haha ) . But thank you again auto glass solutions, especially to Paula and Luke! You guys rock! :) read more

Best customer service! Paula is very helpful and friendly! I am very happy with the work. Dan fixed my windshield very well and fast!

It was the less expensive quote, great fast and convenient service, technician was on time and very professional.

I scheduled a window replacement after my car was broken into. The representative on the phone was incredibly helpful, especially as I had to go back-and-forth a few times between Autoglass and my insurance company. She found a time for me the very next day and since I lived within their service range was able to send a technician to my address. The technician arrived on time, and the work was completed within the given timeframe. He was very professional, and did a great job explaining what he would do and what I could expect moving forward. Note: Autoglass couldn't bill my insurance company directly, so I had to pay the full cost up front and send my insurance company the invoice. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on using your insurance. read more

These folks replaced my windshield and it was a wonderful experience. Paula took my call and quickly gave me an excellent quote for what I needed. Dan was a great guy, and they came to my office in Leschi about 3-4 hours after calling, despite the congestion caused by Sea-Fair and the Blue Angels around my neighborhood. He filled a nasty chip in my 2000 Porsche, and was outta here fast. Polite, and they called to keep me up to date on his arrival. read more

Getting your car broken into and window smashed is not a pleasant experience but Autoglass Solutions made it bearable. Due to my own scheduling conflicts, I was not able to get my window fixed the day of the break-in but Paula was willing to work with my schedule. She also gave me a quote which not only was reasonable but reassuring. Dan replaced my window and he was just awesome! I was about 45 minutes late-which is pretty bad. He was pretty much done when I got there but he was very understanding and friendly throughout the whole process. I was very impressed. I hope I don't get my window smashed again but if I do, I will be taking my business to Autoglass Solutions. read more

Very quick: took about an hour for windshield replacement. Very timely: had availability as soon as the next day when I called. Recently a cement truck kicked up a huge stone on the freeway and it cracked my windshield. AutoGlass mobile service came out to my workplace and repaired the break. It was a pretty good sized hit and unfortunately the crack was not able to be erased totally. However, I can't say enough good things about the service. The ease of scheduling was great, they came out to my workplace, repaired it as best as they could, vacuumed out the inside of my car and cleaned the outside windows....plus, left a full can of glass cleaner on the seat. Wow. I'd give the a thumbs up anytime. Use them, they are great, thank you! read more

After a freak accident with my bike broke out my rear window, I contacted Autoglass Solutions through their web form at about 6:30AM. I got a call at 8:04AM with a scheduled appointment window of between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. The dude (Dan) showed up at about 10:30AM... set up a tent over the car, and had everything buttoned up in a couple of hours. After he left, I did detail both inside and out - and was happy to find very little glass left behind. Price was reasonable. Would certainly recommend these guys... read more

Thanks for the great customer service, up front fees, and hassle free window replacement!

My truck's windshield had a long crack and I asked Dan to fix it for me, the lady who picked up the call was very friendly. I got a few quotes from other businesses before I confirmed with Dan to fix it for me. So I know his price is very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. Long story short, after I witnessed his service, I won't ask anyone else to help me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Great response and service from the team of Paula and Dan ! I had to replace the windshield for my 2014 MDX. I contacted several vendors including the Acura dealer for quotes. They came back ranging from $1500 to $2500. I ended up paying Autoglass Solutions $425 for a windshield of the same manufacturer as my MDX's. Please ignore any advice from the installers or dealers that you must use genuine parts for your windshield. the glass alone costs $1200. The windshield has no wire nor sensor built in. It just has 2 little glass areas on top so the rain and lane sensors can peek through. You do not need genuine parts for the windshield. Use Autoglass Solutions and save thousands of dollars. read more

Wonderful experience!! After a wonderful night at the mall shopping with a friend, I returned to my car, to find my passenger window completely smashed in. After seeing this company rated #1, I phoned them first. After talking with Paula, she was so sympathetic to my demise, and immediately looked up my car's window details. Assured me my window was in stock, I saw no other reason to even look around, she was so informative, and gave me a quote right then. (was way less expensive than going thru my insurance co) Dan came out 3 hours earlier than expected, did a wonderful job! Besides the duct tape residue that was left on the outside of my window due to MY quick "red neck" repair, you can't even tell there was ever a shattered window, he cleaned it up so nice! Would definitely recommend these guys. I hope to never have this happen again, but if I do, i will hands down call them again in a heartbeat! I love people with integrity! read more

Working with them with my insurance company was seamless as well. Even though it's a stinky experience to have your car broken in to, Dan and his team turn it around and leave you smiling! I will use them again for a windshield repair. Thanks, Dan and Paula. You rock!!! read more
