Throughout the experience, they were very professional and accommodating. My driver's side window needed both a new motor and new glass and they were able to track down and install both in less than 24 hours. Dan came to my job for the installation and despite the conditions not being ideal (had to install in a tight parking space in a parking garage) he was super quick and willing to make it work. I had a great experience with Autoglass Solutions. My husband's Hyundai Santa Fe was was broken into and I was worried about how long it would take to repair. I called their service and they apologized because they couldn't schedule the repair THAT day & had to schedule for the day after. Ha, I thought that was entirely awesome they were able to work me in so quick! They gave me a 2 hour window (1-3) and Dan came right before 1. I really appreciate his timeliness. AMAZING. This morning, I went outside to find my passenger side window broken into. I frantically called a couple places and was told that they have to get an estimate first then they can fix my car the next day (maybe). Since I use my car for work, I was really hoping that I can get it fixed today with a reasonable price. I saw the reviews on yelp and gave auto glass solutions a call around 10:30am. The woman on the phone was very helpful! I was a bit frantic on the phone but she was very understanding and told me that she can have someone out to my place (YES! They drive TO you.) between 11:00-12:00 today. She quoted me 195 plus tax (which is reasonable for passenger side window). Around 11:20, Dan calls me and says he will be here in about 25 mins. He was very prompt! Dan got here around 11:50 and started working on my car and it was done by 12:30! Very fast, great job, and fantastic customer service. It was raining and our car was parked in a cramped alleyway but the technician got here on time (with a phone warning), put up a little tent over the window, did the job, and was gone in less than an hour. My car was broken into and I needed my back driver side window replaced. I went with auto glass solutions because of the consistent 5 star reviews, and I am so happy that I went with them. I did find a cheaper quote elsewhere, but Paula was able to price match, which was even better because auto glass solutions offer mobile service, where as the other place that quoted me cheaper did not. So having Paula price match that plus come to my place to fix it was definitely a sweet deal! Luke, was the technician that came out. He's so professional and did and excellent job getting all the broken glass out. The original glass put in did not fit correctly. When the window rolls up, the rubber gasket would kind of stick out. So we thought the rubber needed time to mold to a new window. They assured me after a week if it still continued, they would come swap it out free of charge. A week passed, and they ended up having to swap it out. They brought with them two different brands of windows. And both, did the same thing. At this point I knew it was not their fault, it was the design of my vehicle. Three different brands of windows still had the same problem. Paula, took it to another level and went out of her way to track down a window made by my car make, Honda. She totally could of told me "tuff luck" and let it be, but I was amazed at how much she cared to find the perfect window to fit properly. We ended up with a dealer part window. She also had tracked down a used part and gave me options, but I choose to go with a brand new one. It did cost me around $100 more, but totally understandable because anytime you buy a dealer part it always would be more. But this was what made me extremely extra impressed. Even though the new part would been extra $100, I was worried it would do the same thing causing the rubber gasket to push out. And For me $100 is a lot of money to be wasting on an item if that did not fix the issue especially with three cheaper non honda products I could of stuck with, so this was a gamble. But Paula is sooo amazing!! She told me if the honda window still created the problem, she would just put back the other window and I would not have to be forced to keep the honda window and pay the extra $100! If it did fit then of course I would pay it! So it was a good relief cause having to spend $100 and not have the problem fix would definitely suck!! Luke came back out and when he finished Installing the new honda window, the problem was fixed! The window had fit perfectly!!!! I am so happy and so glad Paula was with me In this all the way and I thank you Paula for going out of your way and spending so much time tracking down parts and calling around to give me options on possible used windows. She could of just told me only new parts were available and only care about making the most $$$ off me, but the fact she also did research on used parts made me definitely feel she was understanding of my budget too! Even though I went for a new part, I do appreciate all the work and effort you put into this because it was totally not your guys fault or problem. This was how honda built it I guess so I would only be able to buy honda parts (d*amn you Honda!! Haha ) . But thank you again auto glass solutions, especially to Paula and Luke! Great response and service from the team of Paula and Dan ! I had to replace the windshield for my 2014 MDX. I contacted several vendors including the Acura dealer for quotes. They came back ranging from $1500 to $2500. I ended up paying Autoglass Solutions $425 for a windshield of the same manufacturer as my MDX's. Please ignore any advice from the installers or dealers that you must use genuine parts for your windshield. the glass alone costs $1200. The windshield has no wire nor sensor built in. It just has 2 little glass areas on top so the rain and lane sensors can peek through. You do not need genuine parts for the windshield. Use Autoglass Solutions and save thousands of dollars. read more

Wonderful experience!! After a wonderful night at the mall shopping with a friend, I returned to my car, to find my passenger window completely smashed in. After seeing this company rated #1, I phoned them first. After talking with Paula, she was so sympathetic to my demise, and immediately looked up my car's window details. Assured me my window was in stock, I saw no other reason to even look around, she was so informative, and gave me a quote right then. (was way less expensive than going thru my insurance co) Dan came out 3 hours earlier than expected, did a wonderful job! Besides the duct tape residue that was left on the outside of my window due to MY quick "red neck" repair, you can't even tell there was ever a shattered window, he cleaned it up so nice! Due to my own scheduling conflicts, I was not able to get my window fixed the day of the break-in but Paula was willing to work with my schedule. Customer service is excellent; from the time that you phone them to set up an appointment, to the time that they service your windshield. My insurance deductible was $50.00 but AutoGlass Solutions went out of their way and paid half the bill, so the charge was only $25.00 to replace my windshield!! Recently a cement truck kicked up a huge stone on the freeway and it cracked my windshield. AutoGlass mobile service came out to my workplace and repaired the break. It was a pretty good sized hit and unfortunately the crack was not able to be erased totally. However, I can't say enough good things about the service. The ease of scheduling was great, they came out to my workplace, repaired it as best as they could, vacuumed out the inside of my car and cleaned the outside windows....plus, left a full can of glass cleaner on the seat. After a freak accident with my bike broke out my rear window, I contacted Autoglass Solutions through their web form at about 6:30AM. I got a call at 8:04AM with a scheduled appointment window of between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. The dude (Dan) showed up at about 10:30AM... set up a tent over the car, and had everything buttoned up in a couple of hours.
