Called 8:30 in the morning and scheduled an appointment between 12-3pm the same day. Arrived several minutes before 12pm. Finished work in 40 minutes. Everything looks great. Friendly, polite and price is reasonable. read more

A pleasant surprise working with Dan and Paula. High-quality service all around. Dan was unphased when my curious 5-year-old came out to watch (and ask about) the whole replacement operation. Way beyond the call, for sure! Really appreciate the expert replacement and extra touches - we will continue using AGS for our future needs. read more

They were very professional and efficient when they came out to replace my windshield at my home. Everything was clean and I just felt very comfortable when they arrived to do their job on my car. I'd use them again for any of my car window repairs! read more

My car was broken into overnight and I am so grateful I called AutoGlass Solutions! I was able to get my window fixed within a matter of hours. From the moment I called I felt better EVERYONE I dealt with was kind, honest and professional. I could not give a higher recommendation to these guys!!! Thank you for the exceptional service - it's appreciated! read more

I called Autoglass Solutions late last week because I saw the wonderful reviews they received and the crack in my windshield was getting out of hand! Paula went out of her way to get a morning appointment for me, which I greatly appreciated, as well as getting me on the schedule quickly! Dan communicated with me throughout the process and was prompt, courteous, and very funny! I highly recommend this company!! read more

I received rock chip in my window Saturday. I sent an email to Autoglass Sunday and they were able to come out Monday afternoon to repair the glass. There is still a tiny defect in the glass, but the cracks and visibility are much better and I could not ask for more. Also the price was lower than a price quoted by a national competitor. read more

I requested quotes through the Yelp app. They were super responsive and when they came to do my windshield chip repair they did a great job. Would totally recommend and use their services again. read more

I arranged service for a window replacement for a client's car. I spoke to Paula to arrange the ordering of the window, and service appointment. She was awesome! My client was very happy with the entire installation experience. They did what they said they would do, communicated well, the guy showed up on time, he did a great job installing the window, and was friendly. A rare good experience these days and great customer service. I highly recommend them! read more

Really happy with the customer service and workmanship provided by Autoglass Solutions. I picked up a rock chip on my way to work and called the top three listings on Yelp for Autoglass repair. One only offered in-shop repair, and the other was booked out until the following week. Autoglass Solutions squeezed me in for an on-site repair the next day. The lady on the phone was super nice and things like that really help. Luke arrived as scheduled and was upfront with his assessment. He said it was repairable, but will probably be still visible. Really appreciate the effort in setting expectations. Luke was courteous and professional; 20 minutes later the job was done. As he said, the chip is still visible, but I'm satisfied with the repair. read more

I'm confused by all the 'best customer service' reviews. Makes me wonder if they're legit. I'm disappointed. In hindsight, I should have seen it as a sign when I couldn't get ahold of them to make an appointment and they didn't return my calls. I should have stopped there but because of the reviews I continued to try to make an appointment, lesson learned. Everyone was nice enough once I got them on the line, I was a little dumbfounded when I received phone calls prior to our 2 hour window to see if they could come early (I had indicated that I had meetings in the morning). I was able to make it happen, returned the calls -- and, not a big shocker, there was no answer. I was, however, surprised when the installer showed up in a nondescript van with no sort of uniform (like you see in the photos on yelp) - I've never seen anything like it before...but still figured, these guys have all 5 star reviews, stop worrying, right? But...after the installation I was told we had some issues...they couldn't get the interior of my vehicle back as it should be. My car is in great condition - I, maybe, drive it once a month, it's a 2009 but I bought it new in 2010. The interior had no visible issues prior to this installation. First he told me that it was something to do with the manufacturing, and then blamed someone else who changed out the windshield previously. It was a bit of a sting when I handed over my credit card and paid out-of-pocket for the replacement knowing my next stop is now the dealership, to put my car back together correctly - I wince at what that will cost me. In the long run - next time I will go with an established chain. I've never run into so many issues and such overall poor customer service. read more

They are awesome. They met with me at a time and place that was convenient, kept me in the loop at every stage - from scheduling to the time of completion - and even coordinated things with my insurance company, saving me from any hassle of doing it all myself. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a small or large repair to their windows or windshield. I had a full windshield replaced and it was such a smooth process. read more

Great service! Got same day service to get my car window fixed after a break in. They came out to my house, called before coming, made it out earlier than promised and did an amazing job. Window works great. Dan, the installer was patient with me as I played with the window to make sure it worked well. All in all a great experience, made getting my car broken into a little easier to bare. I would highly recommend them! read more

I have been using Dan and his crew at Auto Glass Solutions exclusively for over 15 years. I have never had one workmanship defect in all those years. These guys are always punctual, polite and the price is the best in town. I highly recommend them. read more

Great experience. My Ford Explorer was broken into, taking out the passenger side window. I called Dan, after calling about 3 other glass shops, and told him my best price. He said he could match it, would come to me and was flexible with scheduling...cross-referenced everything on Yelp, and as you could surely see, he has nothing but positive customers. It has been about two weeks, everything is in great shape. I would recommend Dan and Autoglass Solutions. read more

Dan & Autoglass Solutions were great. He came out to our house and replaced my windshield quickly for a really good price. Then a few days later someone broke into my car and broke my small back window. He came out that same day I called and fixed the window and cleaned all the broken glass out of my car too.bsuper nice, knowledgable and even had a mobile credit card reader. Awesome. read more

My side mirror glass needed to be replaced, and these guys were fast and professional. Everything went super smooth. From booking to having the service completed was only two days, and they made it super easy for me. read more

Wow! I was really nervous driving with a rock chip in my windshield, and was hoping to have it fixed the same day. Of course I scoured Yelp for a place with great reviews, and chose two shops to call. The first shop seemed ok, but they didn't do on-site service, and I'd have had to take time off work. When I called Autoglass Solutions, they were booked for that day and the next, and I almost made the mistake of going with the other repair place. I'm glad I didn't! I've had chips repaired before, and can safely say that this repair was the quickest I've experienced. The tech was friendly and professional, and did a great job. I had a total of 3 chips repaired - 2 small dings (one deep), and a small but deep crack. The small ding is now invisible, and the 2 deeper chips look much better than I was expecting (both were deep enough to look black). Great job! I've already referred two coworkers. =) read more

I was looking for a company to repair a crack that recently happened, and when I called Autoglass, the woman set me up with an appt that same afternoon. She set the time frame for 3-4pm. We'll right at 2:40, I received a call from Dan, who said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. In my past, service calls are ALWAYS late or past the time frame, so I was pleasantly surprised at his punctuality. When Dan arrived, he was very friendly and clearly knew his stuff. He worked fast and efficiently, and gave me tips on how to work this out with my insurance company in case this happens again. Overall, the experience was awesome and I am definitely recommending this company to all my friends and family! Thanks Dan for your excellent service!!! read more

What a great experience! I needed to get my windshield replaced due to two very large cracks. Called and a very sweet, helpful woman determined that they had my windshield in stock and set up an appointment for the following day. Dan called 45 minutes ahead of time to alert me to his ETA and arrived perfectly on time! He took care of everything right in front of my apartment building in about 45 minutes. He was super nice and extremely efficient. The whole process was pleasant and easy! read more

I appreciated the follow up from Autoglass on my repair, unfortunate timing, etc, and their efforts to keep the cost down on my windshield replacement. Now that I have the cash to get this done, I'll be working with them to try to make it happen (because again, my past experience with this company really was great). Ill update soon with the end result! read more

Their drive-to-meet-you service is very convenient. They also do a good job of explaining the steps you should take for the first 48 hours after getting a new windshield (don't close doors very hard, etc.). It seemed like a father-son team did my repair, and it was funny because the dad was teaching the son how to work with auto glass, and the son was teaching the dad how to use their iPad for invoicing :) read more

Dan replaced the windshield on our Mazda rx 8. Great service during every interaction. We live in apartment complex and he was able to work something out so he could replace the windshield in ventilated area of parking garage. Dan was on time (actually early!), professional, kind, and made the whole process very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a windshield repair or replacement. read more

Amazing customer service (next day) When they hit traffic which I do everyday and were 15 minutes late they called ahead to notify - honest reputable and good price. Above and beyond service quality and courtesy. Save they hassle of checking out others....you can be sure with these guys read more

Dan is the man! I had a massive rock chip along the bottom edge of my windshield that other places wouldn't even attempt a repair--I'm looking at you Safelite! Dan did try to repair the chip and sure enough he was able to make a successful repair. He charged a fraction of what the other guys wanted and came out to my work to make the repairs. He saved me the cost of a new windshield just when I was starting to think that was my only option. Highly recommended--I will always turn to AutoGlass4U for all my future windshield repair needs. read more

My call was answered promptly and I was scheduled for next-day service. The woman quoted me one price originally with a caveat that she would make sure my car didn't require an additional part. When she found out that it did, she called me back immediately with the new quote. Love that. Dan showed up today promptly as scheduled (with a call beforehand letting me know he was on his way) and in an hour the job was done. He left me with specific instructions on after-care and warranty. And what a nice guy to boot! Highly recommend. read more

Went with Dan based on the glowing Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. We had 1 windshield replaced and a couple of chips repaired on another (yay 520 construction zone!) and both were done very well. Easy to schedule an appointment, Dan was right on time, and they hassled with the insurance company for me. And Dan's just a real nice guy. read more

Autoglass Solutions made my first window break really easy. They dealt with the insurance company- bless their hearts- and scheduled an appointment as soon as they worked out the details. On the day of the service two very professional/nice people showed up on time and got the work done. They cleaned up well and the new window looks great. I hope I never have glass broken again, but if I do I'll be giving them a call. read more

After reading all the great reviews I called to get my windshield replaced. I received a recording to leave my information. I did not receive a return call. So I called again the next day. It has been four days since my original call and I have never received a return call. It's nice to see that they have served many Yelpers well, who were either luckier or more patient than I. -------------------------------- WHile they have since responded that they are a small family business and were on a short vacation when I called--I too have run a small business and when I was not available my recording indicated that (plus I always responded to prospective customers, even when on vacation) so my customers could make informed choices. read more

Exceptional service. Paula in the office helped me communicate with my insurance company which saved me a lot of time and frustration! Then they fixed my windows promptly and showed up to my house without me having to be there. The repair man called me after it was done to confirm instructions etc. The new windows looked great and all the broken glass was cleaned up. If I ever have more glass needs I will definitely be returning! read more

This review is actually for when I got some work done a while ago. Early 2013, but I never got around to/was too lazy to write a review. However, it has to be done. Scheduling was easy. Called in, got a price, got a time, date and location. Then I told them that I would confirm the location in downtown since I park somewhere different every day. They said that's fine and we went on our merry ways. The service was impeccable, Dan, my installer, was super nice and accommodating, got everything done for me really quick. He's a super nice guy and I had a nice chat with him while he was fixing my windshield. I would highly recommend these guys any day! read more

My car was broken into last night, so one of the first things I did was look for a window repair company. Autoglass Solutions was one of the first businesses to pop up, and I'm very glad it was. When I called, the receptionist was sympathetic and efficient, and upon hearing that my neighbor's car had also been broken into, she helped to ensure that he was able to make an appointment as well. I was in a hurry to get to work, so the receptionist took my information and informed me that a repair specialist would come to my work to provide the service. No more than 5 hours later, Autoglass Solutions had come to my work, replaced my window, and vacuumed my car in record time. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism, efficiency, and high quality work provided by these guys. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. read more

I cannot think of anything that the previous reviews haven't mentioned or that I can say better. They are as great as everyone says; super-friendly, super-fast, and their rates are more than reasonable. I apologize for this lame review, but if I don't do this now, I will probably forget. It was an excellent experience, and I will not hesitate to contact them the next time I require auto-glass services. read more

I had called this company to replace my husband's windshield and also asked about fixing the chip that I had on my windshield, great costumer service (Thanks Paula) did a quick quote and I was also given a discount for the chip repair for my car. Dan and Luke did an awesome job. Dan noticed that the windshield he was supposed to put on was scratched but instead of just replacing it with a bad one he took the time to get a new one ( thanks Luke for driving back). Overall my husband and I were pretty happy and satisfied with the service, will recommend this company to friends and family. Thanks again Dan, Paula and Luke read more

Had a great experience with Autoglass Solutions! When I first called they were empathetic to the broken window, even though it was my fault. Throughout the experience, they were very professional and accommodating. My driver's side window needed both a new motor and new glass and they were able to track down and install both in less than 24 hours. Dan came to my job for the installation and despite the conditions not being ideal (had to install in a tight parking space in a parking garage) he was super quick and willing to make it work. He was friendly and did a great job installing the window. I would definitely recommend AutoGlass Solutions if you're in need of car window repair. read more

My car had just been broken in to, completely derailing a lot of hard work I'd done over the last month (time, money and transportation for the day) so I was feeling pretty low. Not to mention having to deal with a not-so-friendly insurance company... When I called Autoglass Solutions, Paula picked up the phone and she was so incredibly nice and helpful, answered all my questions and more. She got me scheduled out and Dan arrived right on time. He did an excellent job, helped clean up all the glass he could find. Even though my service call took up a little more than the hour they quoted which was solely my fault (I felt terrible), he was very gracious and understanding. There is a shortage of businesses run like this. This company cares about their clients, take pride in their work and offer top-notch customer service. I highly recommend them. Thanks Dan and Paula! read more

I used auto glass solutions to replace my severely cracked windshield. I was having a lot of moisture issues on the inside of my window due to the affected seal. They were quick and came to my house. The problem with the moisture on the inside of the windshield was not fixed. I e-mailed requesting them to take a look at it and never received a response. Update as of 1/26/18: Apparently there was a miscommunication and Autoglass Solutions tried to contact me after my email. My moisture problems have gotten to the point that water was dripping on the steering wheel from the windshield. I contacted them again and they sent someone out very quickly. The technician did not replace the windshield. The reason being that the technician came out and saw a different problem that was potentially (more likely than not) causing the moisture problem in the vehicle. Thank you for diagnosing the root of the problem. I have sealed the potential leak and will update on the outcome. read more

I had a great experience with Autoglass Solutions. My husband's Hyundai Santa Fe was was broken into and I was worried about how long it would take to repair. I called their service and they apologized because they couldn't schedule the repair THAT day & had to schedule for the day after. Ha, I thought that was entirely awesome they were able to work me in so quick! They gave me a 2 hour window (1-3) and Dan came right before 1. I really appreciate his timeliness.
