I came out to my car in the morning to find my rear passenger window smashed. Right before it's about to dump rain for days! These guys were my 3rd call, as everyone was booked until the following week. Dan came out the same day! I never even had to plastic my window or vacuum up the glass. He did nice work (I'm really picky about little details like scratches in plastic door panels - no problems there). Everyone was professional and communicative. The only downside is that they didn't deal with my insurance company (I'll have to do that myself). Still totally worth it. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

I received rock chip in my window Saturday. I sent an email to Autoglass Sunday and they were able to come out Monday afternoon to repair the glass. There is still a tiny defect in the glass, but the cracks and visibility are much better and I could not ask for more. Really happy with the customer service and workmanship provided by Autoglass Solutions. I picked up a rock chip on my way to work and called the top three listings on Yelp for Autoglass repair. One only offered in-shop repair, and the other was booked out until the following week. Autoglass Solutions squeezed me in for an on-site repair the next day. The lady on the phone was super nice and things like that really help. Luke arrived as scheduled and was upfront with his assessment. He said it was repairable, but will probably be still visible. Really appreciate the effort in setting expectations. Luke was courteous and professional; 20 minutes later the job was done. I'm confused by all the 'best customer service' reviews. Makes me wonder if they're legit. I'm disappointed. In hindsight, I should have seen it as a sign when I couldn't get ahold of them to make an appointment and they didn't return my calls. I should have stopped there but because of the reviews I continued to try to make an appointment, lesson learned. Everyone was nice enough once I got them on the line, I was a little dumbfounded when I received phone calls prior to our 2 hour window to see if they could come early (I had indicated that I had meetings in the morning). I was able to make it happen, returned the calls -- and, not a big shocker, there was no answer. I was, however, surprised when the installer showed up in a nondescript van with no sort of uniform (like you see in the photos on yelp) - I've never seen anything like it before...but still figured, these guys have all 5 star reviews, stop worrying, right? But...after the installation I was told we had some issues...they couldn't get the interior of my vehicle back as it should be. My car is in great condition - I, maybe, drive it once a month, it's a 2009 but I bought it new in 2010. The interior had no visible issues prior to this installation. First he told me that it was something to do with the manufacturing, and then blamed someone else who changed out the windshield previously. It was a bit of a sting when I handed over my credit card and paid out-of-pocket for the replacement knowing my next stop is now the dealership, to put my car back together correctly - I wince at what that will cost me. In the long run - next time I will go with an established chain. I've never run into so many issues and such overall poor customer service. read more

Then they fixed my windows promptly and showed up to my house without me having to be there. My car was broken into last night, so one of the first things I did was look for a window repair company. Autoglass Solutions was one of the first businesses to pop up, and I'm very glad it was. When I called, the receptionist was sympathetic and efficient, and upon hearing that my neighbor's car had also been broken into, she helped to ensure that he was able to make an appointment as well. I was in a hurry to get to work, so the receptionist took my information and informed me that a repair specialist would come to my work to provide the service. No more than 5 hours later, Autoglass Solutions had come to my work, replaced my window, and vacuumed my car in record time. Not to mention having to deal with a not-so-friendly insurance company... When I called Autoglass Solutions, Paula picked up the phone and she was so incredibly nice and helpful, answered all my questions and more. She got me scheduled out and Dan arrived right on time. I used auto glass solutions to replace my severely cracked windshield. I was having a lot of moisture issues on the inside of my window due to the affected seal. They were quick and came to my house. The problem with the moisture on the inside of the windshield was not fixed. I e-mailed requesting them to take a look at it and never received a response. Update as of 1/26/18: Apparently there was a miscommunication and Autoglass Solutions tried to contact me after my email. My moisture problems have gotten to the point that water was dripping on the steering wheel from the windshield. I contacted them again and they sent someone out very quickly. The technician did not replace the windshield. The reason being that the technician came out and saw a different problem that was potentially (more likely than not) causing the moisture problem in the vehicle. Thank you for diagnosing the root of the problem. I have sealed the potential leak and will update on the outcome. read more

Great experience. My Ford Explorer was broken into, taking out the passenger side window. I called Dan, after calling about 3 other glass shops, and told him my best price. He said he could match it, would come to me and was flexible with scheduling...cross-referenced everything on Yelp, and as you could surely see, he has nothing but positive customers. Wow! I was really nervous driving with a rock chip in my windshield, and was hoping to have it fixed the same day. Of course I scoured Yelp for a place with great reviews, and chose two shops to call. The first shop seemed ok, but they didn't do on-site service, and I'd have had to take time off work. When I called Autoglass Solutions, they were booked for that day and the next, and I almost made the mistake of going with the other repair place. I'm glad I didn't! I've had chips repaired before, and can safely say that this repair was the quickest I've experienced. The tech was friendly and professional, and did a great job. I had a total of 3 chips repaired - 2 small dings (one deep), and a small but deep crack. The small ding is now invisible, and the 2 deeper chips look much better than I was expecting (both were deep enough to look black). Great job! I've already referred two coworkers. =) read more

I was looking for a company to repair a crack that recently happened, and when I called Autoglass, the woman set me up with an appt that same afternoon. She set the time frame for 3-4pm. We'll right at 2:40, I received a call from Dan, who said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. In my past, service calls are ALWAYS late or past the time frame, so I was pleasantly surprised at his punctuality. When Dan arrived, he was very friendly and clearly knew his stuff. He worked fast and efficiently, and gave me tips on how to work this out with my insurance company in case this happens again. What a great experience! I needed to get my windshield replaced due to two very large cracks. Called and a very sweet, helpful woman determined that they had my windshield in stock and set up an appointment for the following day. Dan called 45 minutes ahead of time to alert me to his ETA and arrived perfectly on time! He took care of everything right in front of my apartment building in about 45 minutes. Their drive-to-meet-you service is very convenient. They also do a good job of explaining the steps you should take for the first 48 hours after getting a new windshield (don't close doors very hard, etc.). Everything about it sucks, not the least of which is stressing about finding time to get your smashed window cleaned up and replaced before it rains again. I called 5 or 6 places this morning, and Autoglass Solutions stood out. First of all, they were easy to reach and the woman on the phone was helpful, compassionate, and clear. They were by far the lowest quote, and were able to come out this afternoon. They came to me, even in a rainstorm. Dan is the man! I had a massive rock chip along the bottom edge of my windshield that other places wouldn't even attempt a repair--I'm looking at you Safelite! Dan did try to repair the chip and sure enough he was able to make a successful repair. He charged a fraction of what the other guys wanted and came out to my work to make the repairs. After reading all the great reviews I called to get my windshield replaced. I received a recording to leave my information. I did not receive a return call. So I called again the next day. It has been four days since my original call and I have never received a return call. It's nice to see that they have served many Yelpers well, who were either luckier or more patient than I. -------------------------------- WHile they have since responded that they are a small family business and were on a short vacation when I called--I too have run a small business and when I was not available my recording indicated that (plus I always responded to prospective customers, even when on vacation) so my customers could make informed choices. read more

This review is actually for when I got some work done a while ago. Early 2013, but I never got around to/was too lazy to write a review. However, it has to be done. Scheduling was easy. Called in, got a price, got a time, date and location. Then I told them that I would confirm the location in downtown since I park somewhere different every day. They said that's fine and we went on our merry ways. The service was impeccable, Dan, my installer, was super nice and accommodating, got everything done for me really quick. I scheduled a window replacement after my car was broken into. The representative on the phone was incredibly helpful, especially as I had to go back-and-forth a few times between Autoglass and my insurance company. She found a time for me the very next day and since I lived within their service range was able to send a technician to my address. The technician arrived on time, and the work was completed within the given timeframe. He was very professional, and did a great job explaining what he would do and what I could expect moving forward. Note: Autoglass couldn't bill my insurance company directly, so I had to pay the full cost up front and send my insurance company the invoice. I had called this company to replace my husband's windshield and also asked about fixing the chip that I had on my windshield, great costumer service (Thanks Paula) did a quick quote and I was also given a discount for the chip repair for my car. Dan and Luke did an awesome job. Dan noticed that the windshield he was supposed to put on was scratched but instead of just replacing it with a bad one he took the time to get a new one ( thanks Luke for driving back).
