Saw their ratings on Yelp and after calling my insurance company and trying to schedule in the order they gave the companies to me, I had a big miss with All-Star Auto glass in that they didn't call within the 4 hr time frame specified and then were not helpful once I contacted them...should have stuck to my first pick with Autoglass Solutions based on Yelp reviews!. Paula was super helpful in trying to accommodate my schedule and then Dan was able to fit me in a day earlier! Got a call from Paula about 2 hrs in advance to check on earlier availability and as promised, Dan called me within the time frame, arrived in time and finished within his estimated time as well. Superb Customer Service and my rain sensor works better than it did before the new windshield was replaced! Dan took the time to explain to me about e curing process, the vacuum that could happen and how to avoid it and he was super polite and nice. Choose this company, you won't be sorry! read more

My passenger window was broken into while playing soccer on Capitol Hill. I called in the morning when they were opened and they sent Dan out to me in the afternoon (between 1 and 3). Very professional, friendly and took time to explain things to me as I was asking him while he was finishing his work. The job was well done. He cleaned up the shattered glass and then replaced the new window. As far as I can see, he's done a great job (just finished like an hour ago). He was very friendly, very detailed, and did a great job at customer service. I called a few other places for quotes and Autoglass Solutions was the cheapest. Hopefully I won't have to use Autoglass Solutions service again (meaning hopefully no future break-ins), but if I have to, I won't hesitate calling them again. read more

I had my windshield replaced by these guys in January. They were great with communication--quote, setting up appointment, etc. The installer was running a little late--Seattle traffic, but was apologetic and worked quickly when he got here. It took minimal time. Windshield looks great! Very friendly. Reasonably priced. So convenient. --They come to your house. Highly recommend. read more

Dan called me on time before my appt. today. Showed up on time and did a great job. Dan, part owner is friendly, kind, considerate and concerned that he leaves his customers satisfied. He did that. Thanks Dan. Marshall read more

Fifth time using Auto Glass Solutions. First time was in 2013. I don't bother calling around/checking prices anymore. I just call/email Paula and know I'm going to get a quality installation at a competitive price. Daughter's car was broken into after hours. Emailed Auto Glass Solutions and received a call from Paula the next morning. She was able to schedule Dan to come out and replace the passenger window later in the day. Dan showed up on time, replaced the window, vacuumed up the broken glass and made sure the window opened and closed properly. The customer service provided by this firm is outstanding. I give Auto Glass Solutions SIX stars. read more

Great mobile service. My driver-side window was broken in the middle of the day in front of my house. They told me they'd send someone between 2 and 4. At 2, Dan called to say he'd be at my house in 30 min. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and efficient. Dan cleaned up the broken glass, installed the new window, and made sure my doors locked. I'd highly recommend him. read more

After a pair of hooligans vandalized my poor unsuspecting little Toyota in Discovery Park, I was left with a bunch of upset people whose stuff was stolen from my vehicle and a gaping hole for a window. This was Sunday evening. Monday morning I search the mighty Google for window repair in Seattle. Lucky me - Autoglass Solutions is the first one to come up! I call and am promptly greeted by Paula who talks over the basics, quotes me a competitive price and tells me someone can come over to my place and get the window replaced the same day. One happy camper right here. Even when the person was running late, Paula called me to let me know their ETA. I was impressed by their professionalism and kindness. I hope no more broken windows are in the future for me, but if so - I will undoubtedly call Autoglass. read more

I called this company this morning, as I have recently had a couple of windshield cracks that need to be taken care of. Dan at Autoglass Solutions came out quickly (they were able to come to my office within a couple of hours) and he did the job right there, quickly and professionally. It took less than an hour. He also spent time to instruct me on how to treat the window for the next 24 hours. I really liked the convenience of not having to drive to a shop to get this done, and all the paperwork with the insurance company is handled by them. I will be a return customer! read more

Dan was out today and was on time (even early) and ready to go. Mobile service is the way to go. Everything went smoothly, and Dan prepared me for how to take care of my new glass. He even moved my Good To Go sticker over to the new windshield. So assuming the glass doesn't pop out when we go for a drive - I give Autoglass Solutions 5 stars! read more

On a Sunday, I discovered my car had been broken into and the rear driver's side window had been smashed. I called Monday morning, they gave me a fair estimate and they were able to send someone asap to my house - I didn't even have to drive to them. Apart from the quick response and service, they did an amazing job removing the broken glass shards inside my car. Would recommend and use this service again (although I cannot say getting your car broken is something to look forward to). read more

What a great experience, minus the whole getting a rock chip in the first place! Easy scheduling, came out to us the next day, right on time. Paula made making the claim over the phone easy. Dan made the chips disappear. We had 2 cars with a chip each but Dan found additional chips/cracks that he was able to address for us and went above and beyond with making it right. I have used other guys before, like the tent chip repair folks in the parking lots on weekends, and there is no comparison. Not sure what I was thinking before. Auto Glass Solutions is the way to go. Thanks, guys! read more

Although the price was higher, I typically find that paying a premium gets you premium service, and Autoglass Solutions was true to that. The guy (forgot his name, sorry!) who installed the new windshield on my 2008 Volvo C30 pointed out the lousy job the last guys did, and he didn't mind my extra scrutiny of his finished job. I'm happy I went with my gut and paid for quality service. I'll be recommending you to friends in the future. Thanks! read more

Dan did an amazing job on my car. He was on time, friendly, thorough, and quick. Would recommend him to anyone! Thank you!! read more

Great response time. Easy to work with on scheduling from Paula. Super polite from start to finish, from the first contact until the job was finished by both. Dan cared about my car as if it was his own and did a great job fixing the rock chip. I wish all companies were this good. Thank you for excellent service. Tony McElroy read more

This company is great. Had a rear windshield that got smashed and they quoted and repaired same day in my driveway. Looks like a quality job. Price seemed reasonable for Pilkington glass which they carried. Would do business again. read more

Paula and Dan shine!! An amazing company that offers class act service for auto glass replacement. I will NEVER use anyone else!

Amazing, perfect service. A certain Honda dealership on the Eastside quoted me $700+ for a brand new windshield + tax. With these guys, it was $229. (Are you kidding me, Honda? 3x the price and more? It's a no brainer...) The lowest price around sold me - but it was also the impeccable service. The entire process - from the day I first began corresponding with them through emails to the time it took for me to drive with my new windshield - took no more than THREE days. Thank you, Autoglass! read more

Such a great experience for such a crappy thing to happen! My first windshield crack in over 15 years of driving and I had no idea what I was doing. We called around to a few places and Auto Glass Solutions had great reviews and could come take a look two days earlier than anyone else so we went with them. I'm so glad I did! The very nice man that came out (Dan was his name and he was on time-he also called on his way here so I had 10 minutes to get ready, and with a baby that was helpful!) was very honest and knowledgeable. The crack was only a few inches and below eyeline so he explained the pros and cons of repairing and replacing and I agreed to try to repair first. He was in and out in ~20 minutes and it looks so good I forget there is a crack there! Even if we have to replace it eventually I'm glad we did this and worked with Auto Glass Solutions! My only little thing I will say is he drove an unmarked van (no signs for the company that I saw) so that was a little awkward but not a huge concern. I was just expecting it to be identifiable when I was meeting him on the street to let him into our garage. read more

I think I've been using Yelp for about 5 years, and have maybe written about 3 reviews that entire time. But these guys inspired me to sit down, take the time I never wanna give and write one because honestly, they were SO amazing. I had to get my windshield replaced and I was really not looking forward to the hassle but Paula and the whole team there made it the least stressful thing on the planet- EVEN after I told them the wrong model of my car (yeah, DOH moment), and they special ordered the windshield, came out and realized it was the wrong size- they were SO rad the entire time and never made me feel stressed out. Customer service- BEST EVER. Service- BEST EVER. Price- BEST EVER. They are incredibly detail oriented and are amazing at communicating and keeping you well informed through the whole process. They set a high bar there, so if you have high standards- these are your dudes. BAM. *drops microphone a struts off stage* read more

I highly recommend this business. They are quick to respond, courteous and do a professional job. I am so glad that we chose Dan and Paula. I want to mention that my insurance gave me other options and both times those other businesses were completely incompetent: canceling appointments, arguing that my insurance won't cover and also doing a bad installation. I suggest that you think twice about your insurance companies' recommendations and consider Auto Glass Solutions! read more

My car was broken into on a Tuesday night in the ID. Someone had smashed into my rear passenger window. I called the cops and filed a police report (felt this was a useless step btw as I didn't get any peace of mind). I called the dealership the next morning and they quoted me +$200 just for labor!! They also had to order my window model and they couldn't even give me a date as to when it would arrive. With the weather in Seattle being the way it is and not wanting to drive around with a broken window, I went on Yelp and came upon Auto Glass Solutions. I gave them a call on Wednesday morning and Paula set me up with a time and said that everything could be done in a day. I was sold. Dan came out a little before 2pm (earlier than when Paula said he would). He vacuumed my car thoroughly, got all the glass out and installed my window! All in 45 minutes! Also, after Dan fixed my window, he gave me some pointers on how to make sure my car is never broken into again. Super solid advice! He gave me more of a peace of mind than the cop did! Plus, the cost of everything was quite reasonable. If I had gone to my dealership, I would have had to pay +$500. All in all, I can't recommend these guys enough! read more

I reached out to several different services and this company was the only one that asked the right questions about my windshield right off the bat. This meant I didn't have to go back and forth a lot in messages. Price was great and service was awesome. I expect great customer service and this exceeded my expectations. A+ read more

I took everyone's review as good word...and tried Autoglass solutions. My right side window was broken out of my 2009 Scion XD. Dan had a new one and out to me at my job and installed by 3:30 p.m. Everyone's review is right on the $. Good guy, friendly and professional knows his glass! Highly reccomend! Thanks DAN!! read more

I recently got a huge crack (about 4 feet long) in my windshield after a car sprayed up gravel from the highway (such a bummer). I got several quotes from Yelp and after reading the reviews, decided to go with Autoglass Solutions. What a good decision! Paula was kind and quick to respond about scheduling, and verified the exact features of my car so they could get the right parts. She was also able to send someone to my office to do the repair, which was super convenient! Luke, the person who installed the new windshield, was so nice, efficient, and friendly. He arrived earlier than scheduled, completed the installation in about an hour and a half, and even replaced the sticker for my parking garage on the new windshield! He also walked me through the post-installation instructions and provided them on a handy card for easy reference. Couldn't ask for better customer service, and my new windshield looks great! read more

Another great review for Dan and the outstanding service Autoglass Solutions provides. The cold weather in Seattle broke my windshield and in less than a day Dan showed up and installed a beautiful new windshield. He explained exactly what he was going to do and met me at the scheduled time and left me about an hour later. Zero hassles. Great customer service all around. read more

Had an amazing experience with Autoglass Solutions. Paula was extremely clear and helpful on the phone and wasted no time getting my window ordered. I called several places and they were the only ones that could fix my window the same day. Dan finished exactly when he said he would and the whole process was a breeze for me. 10/10 would recommend thanks again guys! read more

This company is efficient, kind and reasonably priced. Totally on their game. Starting with Paula who was knowledgeable and efficient with getting me estimates and keeping me calm to Dan who was kind, funny, did quality work and even looked at another issue I had with my car when I asked for his opinion. Good people. I am data-driven and had called several places before deciding to go with this company. I am really glad I did. I highly recommend them! read more

Great service, quick response, high quality. I had 6 (1-2 in) dings on my windshield after long trip to the mountains, they were fixed in an hour. Thanks a lot!!! read more

Like everyone else, I had a great experience dealing with Paula and Dan from the start. I called around to many places, the cost here was higher than others, but the reviews for those cheaper places were lower, too, on issues that were too important for me to risk for a new car. And it was worth it. Paula was sympathetic, knowing NO ONE wants to have to deal with this issue. Both provided such great customer service, very professional, and incredibly detailed about the process. Dan vacuums up the glass - which I understand some places don't. I hope I never need their services again (ie glass replacement), but will be recommending them for anyone who does. read more

Dan was on time, very courteous, professional, and friendly. We highly recommend him and the business.

I recently had my car broken into and had two of my windows smashed in. Of the 4 places I called in a day Auto Glass Solutions was not only the first to pick up; let alone respond; but were the most helpful and reasonable in price. Paula was so friendly on the phone despite my franticness and was accommodating to every question or concern I had. I don't live within their service area, ( I was staying with my boyfriend) however, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Auto Glass Solutions to anyone living or temporarily staying in their service area. Can't say enough great things about these guys!! read more

Easy call - helpful (worked directly with insurance), on-time (came exactly when they said would), and efficient (start to finish one hour). Services such as these that we rarely use can be frustrating to deal with because you have little prior experience to go on when deciding on who to use. Go with these folks. read more

From Paula initiating the order to Dan completing the work, this company is very professional. I have nothing bad to say about them. Thank you for an excellent job and being able to get to my vehicle quicker than anyone else. read more

This is my first ever Yelp! review, and I'm happy to say it is for a very good company! Several months ago I had my car broken into, they smashed the small vent window at the back of my car. Nothing of any value was taken. But at the time I didn't really have a thought about replacing it quickly, so I taped up the little thing and went along. After two temporary windows being cut open, I finally decided to find a company to replace the window. Upon doing a Google search, I found this Yelp! page and was shocked by the fact that the company had 60 five star reviews. Impressed, I went to their website and sent forward my information and description of what I needed done. They called me back the same day, and gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled an appointment at my residence also in the same day. Dan called me within the time frame I was told, and said he'd be at my place in about 20 minutes. Upon arrival I greeted him and he got to work promptly. He was very friendly and a good conversationalist, if you decide to stick around and watch him work his magic. Within a half hour, I had my window back, and had spent a pleasant 20 minute conversation. I honestly didn't look around more after finding the rave reviews for Dan and his outfit, but I feel the price was right, about $180 for the window and labor. Which is exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Thanks to Dan and everyone else at Autoglass Solutions for making an annoying problem of auto glass super easy! I'd highly recommend these guys for any glass work you need done on car! read more

Thank you guys for making my 1st car break in experience a little less miserable. Don't look anywhere else, they are the best. They came out same day as my break in, earlier than expected and were less expensive than the company my insurance referred me to who couldn't fit me in for 5 days. read more

We have used AutoGlass Solutions twice for our Range Rover and both times they have exceeded expectations. Paula and Dan are amazing at what they do. Paula went above and beyond in arranging and communicating with our insurance company to make sure we were covered for the OEM windshield rather than the after market. Dan came early to the appointment and had the windshield installed promptly and was probably one of the nicest people I've met! Highly recommended! read more

Great experience with this team. Definitely, recommend them for windshield replacements and auto glass needs. Paula answered all my questions over the phone and followed up before the appointment. Dan was actually early and did an excellent job. Thank you! read more

I've used their service twice for the rock chips on my windshield. Their response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous for both times. I live in an apartment and my car is parked in the garage, so I greeted them by the garage gate, guided them to my car, they parked their van in an open spot across from mine, and worked on the repair. This time, Luke completed the repair precisely in 10 mins! Where the rock chips were still visible if you look at I closely, but they're both minimized. $71 is totally worth it. I highly recommend them for the windshield repair! read more
