These guys have the best customer service I've ever had. Paula did a great job scheduling a time for the team to fix my cracked windshield. I accidentally left the car locked during their visit but they were gracious enough to swing by a few days later to perform the replacement (after I actually confirmed that the car was unlocked by leaving them a voicemail while unlocking the car). When they got to the car, Luke texted their repair status and got it fixed in just a few hours while I was at work. I came home to a perfectly new OEM windshield later that evening and they had a card with some instructions to allow the windshield to set in. Factoring in the service, workmanship, and the effort that I needed to get my windshield repair, it's a pretty darn good deal ($300 after tax, Camry). Dan was awesome! They came right on time and my windshield installation only took an hour! OEM glass and awesome service...can't beat that! They were a bit more expensive another company, but that company wasn't using OEM glass and when I looked them up on Yelp, their reviews weren't the best... I'm very glad I went with Autoglass solutions :) They give you easy instructions to follow after installation (ie when to take the tape off, etc) and they have a warranty on their work. I needed to use their service twice in the last 6 months. Once for a cracked windshield (because of a small stone or something that hit the windshield when I was driving on the interstate) and once for a smashed passenger window (bad people trying to break into the car which was completely empty...grml). Set up an appointment: I set up appointments on the phone with Paula and scheduling it was really easy. They could get the glass easily, so I had everything fixed within less than 48hrs in both cases. Paula does an amazing job. She is super friendly, competent and also handled the claims with the insurance. You give her your data and she looks up the price through some kind of tool and you immediately know how much you'll have to pay out of your own pocket. In both cases, it took me less than 5min to have everything arranged. No bullshit, no waiting for robots that forward you forever. It just works. Have new glass installed: Both times, Dan came to our garage and installed the new glass. He's a super friendly guy, very knowledgeable and careful. At one point, he offered to help me with some other small issue with the car, for free - I got it figured out on my own - just because he "was in the neighbourhood the following day anyways". He's very careful when he installs the new glass, no dirty spots on the new leather seats, nothing. Bottom line: You need your glass replaced? Call Paula, get an appointment in 5min, have Dan show up within 1-3 days, be happy again. read more

I got my car broken into and had my driver side window smashed. Called them in the morning and by 4pm I had a new window in my car. They even came to my car. Great rates and really good service. Saw their ratings on Yelp and after calling my insurance company and trying to schedule in the order they gave the companies to me, I had a big miss with All-Star Auto glass in that they didn't call within the 4 hr time frame specified and then were not helpful once I contacted them...should have stuck to my first pick with Autoglass Solutions based on Yelp reviews!. Paula was super helpful in trying to accommodate my schedule and then Dan was able to fit me in a day earlier! Got a call from Paula about 2 hrs in advance to check on earlier availability and as promised, Dan called me within the time frame, arrived in time and finished within his estimated time as well. Superb Customer Service and my rain sensor works better than it did before the new windshield was replaced! My passenger window was broken into while playing soccer on Capitol Hill. I called in the morning when they were opened and they sent Dan out to me in the afternoon (between 1 and 3). Very professional, friendly and took time to explain things to me as I was asking him while he was finishing his work. The job was well done. He cleaned up the shattered glass and then replaced the new window. As far as I can see, he's done a great job (just finished like an hour ago). He was very friendly, very detailed, and did a great job at customer service. I called a few other places for quotes and Autoglass Solutions was the cheapest. I called this company this morning, as I have recently had a couple of windshield cracks that need to be taken care of. My car was broken into on a Tuesday night in the ID. Someone had smashed into my rear passenger window. I called the cops and filed a police report (felt this was a useless step btw as I didn't get any peace of mind). I called the dealership the next morning and they quoted me +$200 just for labor!! They also had to order my window model and they couldn't even give me a date as to when it would arrive. With the weather in Seattle being the way it is and not wanting to drive around with a broken window, I went on Yelp and came upon Auto Glass Solutions. I gave them a call on Wednesday morning and Paula set me up with a time and said that everything could be done in a day. I was sold. Dan came out a little before 2pm (earlier than when Paula said he would). He vacuumed my car thoroughly, got all the glass out and installed my window! All in 45 minutes! Also, after Dan fixed my window, he gave me some pointers on how to make sure my car is never broken into again. Super solid advice! He gave me more of a peace of mind than the cop did! Plus, the cost of everything was quite reasonable. If I had gone to my dealership, I would have had to pay +$500. All in all, I can't recommend these guys enough! read more

Such a great experience for such a crappy thing to happen! My first windshield crack in over 15 years of driving and I had no idea what I was doing. We called around to a few places and Auto Glass Solutions had great reviews and could come take a look two days earlier than anyone else so we went with them. I'm so glad I did! The very nice man that came out (Dan was his name and he was on time-he also called on his way here so I had 10 minutes to get ready, and with a baby that was helpful!) was very honest and knowledgeable. The crack was only a few inches and below eyeline so he explained the pros and cons of repairing and replacing and I agreed to try to repair first. He was in and out in ~20 minutes and it looks so good I forget there is a crack there! Even if we have to replace it eventually I'm glad we did this and worked with Auto Glass Solutions! My only little thing I will say is he drove an unmarked van (no signs for the company that I saw) so that was a little awkward but not a huge concern. I was just expecting it to be identifiable when I was meeting him on the street to let him into our garage. read more

I recently got a huge crack (about 4 feet long) in my windshield after a car sprayed up gravel from the highway (such a bummer). I got several quotes from Yelp and after reading the reviews, decided to go with Autoglass Solutions. What a good decision! Paula was kind and quick to respond about scheduling, and verified the exact features of my car so they could get the right parts. She was also able to send someone to my office to do the repair, which was super convenient! Luke, the person who installed the new windshield, was so nice, efficient, and friendly. He arrived earlier than scheduled, completed the installation in about an hour and a half, and even replaced the sticker for my parking garage on the new windshield! He also walked me through the post-installation instructions and provided them on a handy card for easy reference. Like everyone else, I had a great experience dealing with Paula and Dan from the start. I called around to many places, the cost here was higher than others, but the reviews for those cheaper places were lower, too, on issues that were too important for me to risk for a new car. And it was worth it. Paula was sympathetic, knowing NO ONE wants to have to deal with this issue. Both provided such great customer service, very professional, and incredibly detailed about the process. Dan vacuums up the glass - which I understand some places don't. I've used their service twice for the rock chips on my windshield. Their response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous for both times. I live in an apartment and my car is parked in the garage, so I greeted them by the garage gate, guided them to my car, they parked their van in an open spot across from mine, and worked on the repair. This time, Luke completed the repair precisely in 10 mins! Where the rock chips were still visible if you look at I closely, but they're both minimized. $71 is totally worth it. This is my first ever Yelp! review, and I'm happy to say it is for a very good company! Several months ago I had my car broken into, they smashed the small vent window at the back of my car. Nothing of any value was taken. But at the time I didn't really have a thought about replacing it quickly, so I taped up the little thing and went along. After two temporary windows being cut open, I finally decided to find a company to replace the window. Upon doing a Google search, I found this Yelp! page and was shocked by the fact that the company had 60 five star reviews. Impressed, I went to their website and sent forward my information and description of what I needed done. They called me back the same day, and gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled an appointment at my residence also in the same day. Dan called me within the time frame I was told, and said he'd be at my place in about 20 minutes. Upon arrival I greeted him and he got to work promptly. He was very friendly and a good conversationalist, if you decide to stick around and watch him work his magic. Within a half hour, I had my window back, and had spent a pleasant 20 minute conversation. I honestly didn't look around more after finding the rave reviews for Dan and his outfit, but I feel the price was right, about $180 for the window and labor. Which is exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Thanks to Dan and everyone else at Autoglass Solutions for making an annoying problem of auto glass super easy!
