I chose Autoglass Solutions (aglassforu) based upon the reviews here. Dan came out to my house, on time, was super friendly and did an amazing, thorough, very professional job. Dan is like your good friend coming over to get the job done and not a sales person in any way. I had my windshield replaced on my VW Passat. I highly recommend Dan and won't ever call anyone else for my auto glass repairs. They were also the lowest quote I received from all the auto glass places I called. Perfect! A+++ read more

Dan came out to my place of business and fixed my windshield while I worked. He was on time, courteous, and did a perfect job. It doesn't get any better than that! read more

Everything about Autoglass Solutions was top notch. Professional, dependable, and extremely accommodating. I don't review companies on Yelp unless I am truly impressed and Autoglass Solutions exceeded expectations. read more

Dan (I hope I remember the name correctly!) replaced my windshield a few weeks ago, and I was (and still am) very please with the service. The price quote was extremely reasonable, he was very friendly and explained all the issues and what needed to be done, he was clearly knowledgeable about the make and model of my car and it's specific needs, and the whole job was done very quickly and cleanly. And the company comes to you, no need to drive somewhere and wait! read more

I was able to get my windshield replaced a lot cheaper than anyone else would offer. I was certainly impressed with the time it took, great service, and affordable price. read more

I got a nasty rock-chip in my windshield driving down the freeway the week ago. I found these guys online and scheduled an appointment. Their associate was on time, very friendly, and did a great job on the repair... I think it took him less than 20 minutes. Their office was equally as friendly and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Autoglass Solutions! read more

Just got serviced by Autoglass Solutions. I emailed Paula, the admin, who was very kind and responsive, and she scheduled for the service. Then Dan, the tech, came out on time (they perform at home service). This gentleman knows well how to deal with customers and cracked windows. After the service, I asked Paula for documents for insurance claim and she sent them to me very quickly. I am very satisfied with their service and work! Strongly recommend this company. read more

Service provides affordable mobile windshield replacement and repair. Customer service is excellent; from the time that you phone them to set up an appointment, to the time that they service your windshield. My insurance deductible was $50.00 but AutoGlass Solutions went out of their way and paid half the bill, so the charge was only $25.00 to replace my windshield!! Windshield looks great - no complaints. I highly recommend AutoGlass Solutions. read more

They need to hire a receptionist who knows what she's talking about. I called to inquire about repairs/replacement for a cracked windshield. I was prepared to pay whatever it cost, and take my business here, based on reviews I'd read. However, after a 12-minute conversation with the receptionist, I decided to take my business elsewhere. She repeatedly told me that their work was "guaranteed", but couldn't explain what that meant. She kept contradicting herself and getting defensive. For example, she said that depending on whether they decided to "guarantee" repair of a crack, they would deduct the repair cost from replacement cost if the crack spread. I asked her at what point they'd decide whether to "guarantee" their work - before, during, or after the repair. She gave me about 3 different answers to the question. She also said they'd charge $10 for each minor chip/crack in addition to the main crack -- they were"guaranteed" as well. What does that mean - she said she didn't know, other than the fact that they were "guaranteed", and they weren't trying to scam me. I don't believe they're scam artists. They use terms on their web site such as "quality Windshield Repair", "Best Quality, Service, Price". That's fine, since those are subjective terms that don't mean anything. But a "guarantee" is supposed to be an actual thing, and you should be able to explain what it is. I later found a description on their web site of their guarantee. If their receptionist had taken the time to read it, and been able to explain it to their customers, they would have got my business. I ended up going to another windshield repair company who clearly explained their policies, did a great job, completed the work on time, and charged what they said they would charge. read more

Our 2017 Honda CRV ended a new windshield. I checked out Auto glass companies online. Autoglass Solutions was rated very high. Now I know why! Paula took care of all the details and Dan did a great job of installing. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I waited many months to write this, just in case the windshield blew out in some random fashion. No such problem. Dan was the man. Worried about some bozo coming over to mess with your vehicle? No such problem. Dan is no bozo. Respectful, sharp worker, and did 2 windshields for us at the same time. It was an easy process at a reasonable price. I'll definitely call them again. read more

Autoglass Solutions has old-school customer service you can count on; they are thorough, clear, and efficient. Dan came to my car at the Burien Community Center and even cleaned the glass off of the parking strip in front of the building; he truly went the extra mile to try to keep this area safe from future break-ins! Thank you Dan and the whole team. read more

My car was broken into while parked in a secure garage overnight. They broke the right side window. When I found out in the morning, I wanted to get it fixed asap to prevent any further vandalism and possible theft. Called a bunch of service centers, all of them had appointments after 4-5 days. What good is that! Luckily, I tried Autoglass solutions and they were able to fit me in the very same day. The price quoted was reasonable too. The guy arrived on time and did a good job, all within an hour. Glad they are in business! read more

As good as advertised. On time, professional, and clean. You might be able to save $20 somewhere else, but why would you risk it?

I decided to call this place after I checked out a few others but was a little leery of all the positive reviews and thought it was too good to be true. Not only was the lady who answered the phone so polite, but she answered all my questions and got me a same day appointment. Dan called right as he was pulling in (on time) and was friendly and professional! Best part is they were $95 cheaper then the other two quotes I had received. I have already recommended them to others! read more

Are there six stars? There should be, just for Dan and the folks at Autoglass Solutions. I had called a few other places (including H&H) only to leave countless messages and never get called back. When I called Autoglass Solutions, my call was answered, I was given a quote (which was incredibly reasonable), and Dan was scheduled to be at my car as soon as he picked up the appropriate glass and supplies! I called at 1:30 and by 4:45pm my window was fixed. (My rear passenger window had been smashed.) Dan came to my location, even keeping me from having to leave my work appointment by dropping my keys off at the front desk when he was done (as I told him he could) and leaving me a detailed voice message. Not only that, but he felt that one of the parts he had brought was not working up to his satisfaction, so he is holding my check until he can find a better part, which he will then come back out and install. Amazing service, great price, friendly staff. Six stars. Seriously. read more

Had an accident that destroyed our windshield. Here visiting from CA so had to have it done ASAP. Paula was most helpful, professional and cordial. Got an appointment for the next day, reasonably priced. Dan showed up on time, with the right parts and got it done. Very satisfied. read more

Throwing another 5-er into the hat for Autoglass Solutions. The whole process was really easy: my appointment was booked for the following day, the installer, Dan, showed up on time and was great to work with, and the price was cheaper than I thought it would be. read more

I had to write a review for these guys. Spot on service. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to come out next day and work on my rock chip. The receptionist who handles the scheduling of all the appointments was kind, patient and understanding. The best part of the repair was they came to me, during hours I was available! The technician (sorry if that's not the technical term) was super friendly, talked me through all the steps he was taking, and was very fast and efficient. Highly recommend if you are within their service area! read more

I was very happy with my experience! I had a chip in my windshield that turned into a very large crack. They made everything very easy for me and I was able to have my windshield replaced. The cost was very reasonable and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend! read more

My windshield was cracked for over a year. I called around to check prices and noticed Autoglass Solutions because of the 5-star rating on Yelp. I called for an estimate and it was considerably lower than other places I'd checked at - even for a place that I had a Groupon for before and ended up cancelling. Dan came out the next day to my work and repaired the windshield. It was fast, efficient and he gave great service. I will definitely call him in the future again if I need car glass replaced. Highly recommended!!! read more

Great Customer Service. Paula walked me thru process of annoying insurance stuff and I was able to get windshield and door glass replaced same day! Dan came out to my place last week to repair a broken tailgate window and he did a great job. Dan was very nice, worked quickly, and made sure the glass looked great before leaving. Well done Dan! read more

I recently had a window smashed on my car during a breakin. I chose autoglass solutions based on their yelp rating. I quoted 2 other companies one was the same cost as Autoglass solutions the other was $100+ more. I called autoglass solutions in the morning, they offered to give me an appointment that day but the time didn't work for me so I got an appointment the following day. I was told that the repair man would come between 10-12, he came around 10:30, he told me it would take about 45 minutes and he would call when he was done, about 45 minutes latter he called. Additionally my door had been bent near the window and he did a great job of bending it back into place without charging any extra. read more

Woke up to find passenger window smashed for a stupid diaper bag, while in a garage. Not great when you're late to work and need to take baby to daycare. We called these guys and they were able to come by lunchtime; I let them into the garage and they took care of everything while I went back to work, leaving key with apartment office. Life back to normal quickly (important for baby and us) and price was good too. Great result for a terrible morning. Thanks guys! read more

So convenient and so helpful. Paula makes scheduling and payment super easy and all of their technicians are friendly and prompt. I've had them do both a windshield replacement as well as a crack fill in. With the windshield, they helped me out on my insurance deductible so it was very affordable. Great quality work and affordable service AND they come to you! You can't go wrong with AutoGlass Solutions! read more

Great service with great value! Dan was really on time to replace my windshield and did a great job, plus he goes above and beyond!

I had a great experience using these folks. The dispatch person was helpful, professional and updated me the arrival of the installer. Dan is a great guy and worked hard to replace my broken window even though it was a bit tougher than he expected. You can tell these folks truly care about top notch service and satisfied customers. There pricing was also less than some of the other big name glass companies I checked with. A great value and I would highly recommend. read more

Terrific! Highly recommend! Service was perfect, they were easy to work with, quality of the work was great, and the cost was less than they originally told me. Complete integrity. Can't imagine how they could be any better or easier. read more

Incredible customer service and quality work. Quote was fair and despite the extra work he had to do to get it perfect, he didn't charge me anything extra. Dan was professional, 15 minutes early for the appointment(called first to make sure that was cool) and I couldn't be any happier with the work. I will use and recommend this company always. My truck was broken into last night and I needed a new passenger side window. I called at 9:30am to make an appointment. They said they could be there at noon. Dan and Luke showed up right at noon and fixed it within 30 minutes. Both were very professional and polite and the final price was $70 less than I was quoted by other larger companies. I'd definitely recommend them! read more

Excellent fast service. Super professional and nice to work with. I can't even see the rock chip they repaired!

window in my vehicle was smashed by vandals 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I didn't check Yelp until now. Originally, I called other auto glass places, some who informed me they do not service my vehicle, and one that was terribly dishonest. To make a long story short......after awful runarounds from those other places, I found Auto Glass Solutions here on Yelp (thanks everyone!!), called and spoke to Paula, who was quite understanding, very informative and incredibly and thoroughly helpful. Autoglass Solutions were THERE for me QUICKLY, much more helpful than any other auto glass dealer and incredibly professional! Not to bring bad luck (damn vandals!), but I highly suggest keeping their phone number handy! read more

They were very friendly over the phone when I called to get a quote for a windshield replacement. Nice people to work with and I would definitely work with them again. read more

All the reviews are true. They were so easy to work with, and the quality and price was so good, I think I will replace my windshield every few years now to keep it free from the little micro-pittings you get from highway driving. A nice company to work with. The scheduler provided all info I needed to make a decision: dates available, price, warranty without having to write back. The installer, Luke, was on time, called ahead and did a great job. He left me a card with next step instructions and warranty information. I recommend this company! read more
