Donovan doesn't fit the typical, slimy "let me go ask my manager" car salesman persona in any way. He's super low stress/pressure, and really goes out of his way to tell you everything he knows about a vehicle. Come to find out that several co-workers have made purchases from him and had similar experiences in dealing with him. I also had the opportunity to chat with the owner, he also seems like a straight-forward guy. I get the feeling that if he didn't have what you were looking for, he'd do his best to go out and find it for you. I would recommend buying a car from these guys to anyone.

Independent inspection after purchase left me with a $3000 bill for cut brake sensors, worn brake pads, missing belly plate, and contaminated coolant. I purchased it knowing it needed tires. They said they'd pay half then never followed up. They will not make sure the car is safe to drive, they will say they got you for 30 days, and do nothing to fix anything if you reach out. If you were sold a car with a warranty you do not want, you can cancel it with the warranty company and get a refund to the loan company and reduce your payoff. Do it ASAP to get the full refund! Warranties are OPTIONAL. I've seen a lot of similar reviews and want yall to know your rights.
