At first, I thought this small looking auto place was just an oil change shop. However, to my surprise, they offer excellent mechanical repair (better than any of the AAA approved shops that I used to patronize). I went in for a normal oil change, and the mechanics discovered massive damage to my rear suspension due to an accident. For the accident, I initially took the car to a highly recommended mechanic shop in Corona that specialized in all aspects of mechanical repair (except body repair). They looked at the car and said that it was drive-able, and nothing was wrong. When I took the car to Auto Express for the oil change, they showed me what was wrong when the mechanic lifted the car to show the damage. I'd never seen underneath the car before so that alone really impressed me. I'm not stranger to accidents, and had another accident after the previous repairs to the rear suspension. This time, it was the front end and side fenders that were smashed. Basically, my car was totaled. I took it into Auto Express and the manager/mechanic inspected the damage and said he could fix for a certain amount that was affordable to me, which also included body repair. I thought there was a miscommunication in this situation, but he said, "for a certain amount, we can fix all of it." They fixed all of the damage (front bumper, side fenders, windshield, smashed lights, blinkers, radiator, condenser, and paint). I was thrilled to see the results and happy to get my car from being unusable all together. I'm grateful to Auto Express for their effort and expertise on basically rebuilding the front end of the car. And, they did it very quickly. I highly recommend Auto Express for your auto needs, plus any input the mechanics have. Thanks to Auto Express for putting my car back together, and not having to worry about finding another car. Now, if anything happens to my car, they're my first contact for repairs. Way to go Auto Express - you rock! read more

Auto express has good honest employees who care about others in their time of need. Here's my back story. I got off work and was driving along the 91 freeway when I noticed this noise coming from the bottom of my car. I didn't know if it was from my tire or a structural component of my car. I heard a pop and decided to pull off to the nearest exit. I knew it was a flat tire. Fortunately, the exit took me to Auto Express just out of pure dumb luck. I got there at 5:36 and the shop was closed. I was about to go across the street to MCA tire but my car was in no shape to drive anywhere, even across the street. Lucky for me, an employee was getting water and saw me. I signaled for his assistance and he greeted me outside in 90 degree heat. I told him I had a flat and that I didn't have a spare tire. Now, he could have simply said, it's passed closing time and the shop is closed, and I would have accepted it since he's right. But instead of blowing me off, he kindly offered to help me. He plugged up my tire and I was on my way within a few minutes. I offered to pay cash but he insisted on not taking my money even though I really wanted to pay him for his kindness. Unfortunately I did not catch that employees name, but just know that I am very thankful for all that you did for me in my time of need. read more

Been changing oil here for years through various managements. Always get fast service but they do get busy like everywhere else. Had to have some work done that normally I do myself but not familiar with this make and model. Miguel did all the work, the price quoted was very fair, and the work was meticulous and clean just how I do things. Will be back, and these reviewers judging the entire shop on just what they encounter on the oil change side, well you obviously didn't have Miguel explain things, don't let that little side shop fool you, he has a lot of wide ranging experience and having done a lot of these repairs myself, well you can't fake that. Will be back. Or just go to one of those big fancy shiny corporate places that are "pretty". For the amount I paid for those repairs, you couldn't get half the work done elsewhere. read more

I've been here a total of 3 times. 2 out of those times there has been mistakes. First time they some how put too much oil in my car and blaming it on " the computer said it needed more" which almost caused my car to break down completely. The second time some bolt was left loose under my car and all the oil leaked within hours. Third time they got it right but I wouldn't take my chances with this place any longer read more

The workers at the Magnolia location are very good at what they do and strive to make sure you get a good service job. Their policy is to show you everything you need done and make sure you understand all the costs involved. Instead of just saying a part needs to be replaced, they will make sure to show you the part and explain to you exactly what is wrong in terms that you can understand. This business does perfectly good routine maintenance. However, they will also help you with a lot of other issues before a small repair turns into a big one. I had an idler pulley that was seizing and needed to be replaced. They replaced that and also found that the water pump was running very poorly. Seeing as how they were already doing work on that assembly, they tossed in a discount and said they would get the water pump replaced by closing. It's rare nowadays to have a mechanic that goes out of their way to help you understand what the work is that they're asking you to do. The bottom line is that if you want something done at a rock bottom price, you're going to have to do it yourself. If you want a fair and honest job done by a mechanic, this is an excellent choice. They offer quick service, honest estimates, and quality repairs. read more

I came here because of the good reviews that I read and i'll definitely be coming back. It's a little bit more to get my oil changed here than the previous place I was going, but the service was good so I don't mind. The mechanic that helped me, I didn't get his name, he explained to me everything that was included in my oil changed...he also told me what I needed to get done and how much it would cost to get it done here. He also topped off my wiper fluid! They have free WiFi here too, I didn't try it but that's pretty awesome. read more

I love coming here in that the workers are honest. They have extra deals on Tuesdays, but even other days they are quick, and do a great job. They do a check on everything and tell you their recommendations and how much it would cost. Have never had a problem, and plan to keep going here. If they are busy they let you know right away how much time it will cost so you aren't just waiting for days. They do not recommend repairs that you don't need. And if you DO need something, they just tell you and don't pressure you into anything.
