My 2007 SCION TC has 241,000 miles now. It's very difficult to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and good. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and I take my car here which is all the way in Riverside but at least I work at Riverside so I take my car in on a work week day. Oh hell, no what used to be a mom and pop independent Japanese motor specialist has now turned into dealership prices and attitudes. That's what I call greed I've known those people since 2003 who else sticks with a garage as filthy as it is for over 20 years and goes the distance mileage wise. Don't know when the attitude started. It was in the last two, three years, but that's OK. They pride themselves in having a lot of business without advertising so in other words, word-of-mouth. The communication level is nowhere where it used to be, and the prices are almost like dealership prices where they charge à la carte for every single thing instead of bundling major services. Greed is not good and what goes around comes around and they go through a lot of assistance there according to my account they've been through 10-15 girls that speak Indonesian along with the owners quite rude actually as this is the USA they lost a good loyal customer and for what exactly the inability to be straightforward and to ignore my request requests for service and paperwork. That's not how people do business. The change and their supposed success. Will definitely hit rock bottom... And we will sit back and say Yep what goes around comes around not nice to hike the prices in charge for every little thing what used to cost $950 is now $1900. There's no way that the products regardless of Terrace have been double or triple in price. Greed is not good. read more

Awful customer service at the front desk. Winnie is super unpleasant. Bin is the mechanic and he is super nice and does great work. However, I saw someone below talk about how my experience is every single time. She is very unprofessional. I am a younger girl and have been coming here since they've opened because they know my family and really do have good pricing; however, I have witnessed the treatment they provide to me versus older white customers. Winnie is the wife of Bin who does all the work and she is the worst. She is always talking to someone on the phone or in person and treats you like a number in line and puts in the order while she's still talking about nonsense to whoever else. Plus their kids are always here and she has no shame yelling at them in front of everyone. She had literally put this guys order in front of all us in the waiting area that have been waiting for over an hour even though she said 30 minutes for an oil change. It took almost two hours for my oil change and this has happened numerous occasions. I only come back because they are cheaper but apparently that comes with a waiting cost. Also the place is very disorganized and always hot. Other than dealing with the horrible office, the work is great. I would recommend their auto service if you plan on waiting forever or just drop it off. read more
