I've never actually bought a car here (and after seeing the prices, my wallet immediately filed a restraining order), because the markup on their vehicles is absolutely wild. Like... "is this car also coming with a small vacation home?" kind of wild. So yeah, that's the only reason they're not getting a full 5 stars. BUT... I always get my car serviced here, and they've been fantastic every time. I have a 2017 Honda Civic Si, and I've never once had an issue with their service department. Shoutout to Melissa, my service advisor, who is honestly amazing. Every visit is smooth, fast, and painless. I'm usually in and out quickly, which in car-dealership time is basically a miracle. Their mechanics actually know what they're doing too. I had this super annoying rear window leak that I couldn't figure out for the life of me. They tracked it down to a bad window seal and fixed it properly. No guesswork. No "let's see if this works." Just... fixed. The place feels professional, trustworthy, and well-run, which is exactly what you want when someone is poking around your car with expensive tools. It was perfect and ran smooth as can be. We bought the car and feel so confident as Nate was professional and friendly as can be! We feel he went out of his way taking our Lexus for a ride to check a rattle I heard in the engine, and he and Steve figured out exactly what the rattle was and we are now able to get it fixed without second guessing the problem. Within three weeks of purchasing the Jetta, it broke down with a bad water pump. Our mechanic said, and put in writing, that in his opinion, the car had NEVER been serviced. When I spoke with Mike--who sold me the car, and then with one of the owners, I got, "Gee, that's too bad." And, "A mechanic checks all our cars." Well, obviously not ALL of them. We're still finding things wrong. Avoid this dealership. The vehicles are over-priced, the customer service sucks, and their cars are in poor condition.

The next day I took it into the Subaru dealership and they told me that my control arm bushings were about to fail and that my driving pulley had a crack in it and that it was at risk of breaking but mind you when I was buying the car I was told the work for all of this was done. I spent 8,500 on the car which was cheap for the car but if it had those bad of issues it should have been disclosed to me or cheaper in price so I could afford to get it fixed. But because I was not told I had to spend $1,500 to fix the car that I did not have to spend to fix the car.
