I first call to make sure they have the filter in stock and I'm told no appointment is needed. Well butter my biscuit! I pull up to the bays, they're full but I'm next in line. Once I pull inside, I now have a pit crew yelling safety protocols to each other. We agree on the type of service and off they go. Not only did they change the oil/filter: My brake light bulb was out and they replaced it Coolant was a little low, they topped it off Air pressure on all 4 tires are set to 35 psi Windshield Wiper fluid was topped off I had a coupon but my service adviser used a better coupon to lower the price?? Customer service that can't be beat and they went over everything that needed attention. Valvoline Instant Oil Change, it was a pleasure. I paid extra for my first wash of the season and got headaches when I saw what they skipped. It cost $70 for everything. They missed areas all over the car. Its a BMW x5 which looks great when everything wiped down. That was the whole point was to have all the areas done. The areas that were wiped looked OK but they left so many untouched spots. The wheels were even dirty as if they weren't even cleaned. And, the windshield was not cleaned well either. Stay away. The place isn't the same anymore.
