Once I pull inside, I now have a pit crew yelling safety protocols to each other. We agree on the type of service and off they go. Not only did they change the oil/filter: My brake light bulb was out and they replaced it Coolant was a little low, they topped it off Air pressure on all 4 tires are set to 35 psi Windshield Wiper fluid was topped off I had a coupon but my service adviser used a better coupon to lower the price?? Its a BMW x5 which looks great when everything wiped down. That was the whole point was to have all the areas done. The areas that were wiped looked OK but they left so many untouched spots. The wheels were even dirty as if they weren't even cleaned. And, the windshield was not cleaned well either. Stay away. The place isn't the same anymore.
