I live down the street so I walked up. The guy at the front desk moved beyond slow and couldn't even recommend anyone locally for a tow truck. He didn't even know what a tow truck was and he seemed lost. I know, Night Shift guys pumping gas may not know who to recommend. I got a tow after hitting google and had the car dropped off. Spoke to the owner the following day at 7. Explain the situation with my car with the ABS lights. He told me he'll look at it at some point during the day. That I just gotta give him time cause he's jammed up and to call in the afternoon to see if they had a chance to check it out. I called at 1 o'clock and a lady answer the phone told me they were just about to put the car into the bay to work on and call back in about an hour. I call back in an hour. The owner picks up and start screaming at me like a lunatic. I've never been spoken to such a way in all my years working customer service and dealing with the public; he was screaming at me so much my boss could hear him over the phone and we were looking at each other horrified. Like I told him I understand you jammed up I was just told by the young lady you were bringing into the bay in an hour ago and call and see if you figure out what the issue was. I can't get off the phone. He would not let me get off the phone screaming at me for over a five minutes and how they still did it look at the issue on the car yet. I called him back later in the day as I'm about to leave work at 4 and I told him I just need to know if you have an idea what the issue is and if I have to make arrangements for the following day for a ride; and again screaming at me like a wild lunatic to only call me a half an hour later and they fixed the car quoted me 300 when I got there it went up to 500 and change. And again he kept yelling at me that I wasn't giving them time and how dare I call. I refuse to do business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone there is no reason to speak to a human being that way to carry on like a psychopath and as it is, I gotta take the car now to another mechanic this morning cause the brakes aren't working after what they did. Very poor customer service attitude, and I am incredibly angry and disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to and that the amount of money I spent I gotta still take my car to another Mechanic. If I could get this place a negative star I absolutely would. I would never do business with him again. I won't even get gas with them again. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service.

One night while i was driving home from work i realized the light inside my car was dark. I wasn't able to see my speedometer. And it was pretty scary bc just my luck i got lost driving and wasn't able to see how fast/slow i was driving on the highway. Thankfully i made it home. Took my car in the next day, explained the situation and Tom was able to fix it w.o charging me a penny bc it was some switch that was accidentally switched. Now you see, i bet if it was any other mechanic shop they would keep your car, have you wait and then later on charge you for a couple of hours for their man hours. (I know this from experience) i took my car in to pep boys one time in Queens they kept my car overnight. And lets just say the next morning i wasnt a happy camper! I am sure they could have charged me for labor and parts etc but end up charging me for the resistor and minimal labor. Other shops would have charged me an arm and a leg and. This is a family owned shop(father,2 sons and uncle) explains the work and even give you an estimate. I am very impressed with their work and professionalism. You can trust your baby with these guys.
