I drove into Auto-Topia today without an appointment. I was having trouble opening my trunk. I spoke to Tony, and he asked me if I could wait a few minutes, and I did! One day, my car was driving normal. The next my engine light was on and I thought it was gonna go out on me. I was able to go to Autopia because that was the nearest auto repair shop to me and same day. I was able to drop my car off and leave it to get a diagnostic test. The following day I received the information on the issues with my vehicle and I was able to get it fixed and picking up that evening. Being new to Long Island, I don't know many places, but this auto repair place was very efficient and helped me out with everything that I needed and also showed me the bad parts that they fixed on my vehicle explaining to me what the issue was. Excellent service from the second I walked in the door. My tire light came on in my car so I stopped for them to take a look. Within 10 minutes they had looked at the tire and knew what was wrong! Fixed the tire for a reasonable price and was on my way within a half an hour. Very polite and friendly! read more

No stars as far as I'm concerned be aware of this place. First of all pulled in ..nice guy greets me and I mentioned my front wheel bearing I believe is shot, can I get an approximate price, he says can you drop it by tomorrow and we will confirm if that's what is wrong and give me a number on it.... Neglects to say they charge you 120 an hour to look at your car...they tell me it's rear bearings and I should do both for 1800-2000 and it doesn't include alignment of what he's installing which is extra and extra if needs internal emergency brakes ... and by the way a tire has a nail in it 28$... so I told him hold off repair just fix tire ... calls Me back two tires leaking at rim 49$ each plus charge for the estimate... basically cost me about 208$ to have two slow leaks fixed and them to give me a way overpriced bearing estimate...my advice just drive past the place read more

Anthony and his staff at Auto Topia are a throwback to the days when the neighborhood mechanic was someone who knew you and your family by name and treated you as family.
