Had a great experience my first few times here but I won't be back again. Made an appointment for oil change and inspection 3 days ago. I show up this morning and I'm told they no longer do inspections. Again I made the appointment days ago. They can see me in their computer that I'm coming in for an inspection. They have my phone number. All it takes is one call over the past three days saying sorry we don't do inspections anymore and I'm fine with that. But instead they wait until I show up to deliver the news and I'm left scrambling trying to find a place that can do an inspection. It's just awful customer service. read more

Brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in this afternoon for an oil change. From the moment I walked in, the employees were very welcoming and kind. Great service and very efficient, the man who did the oil change on my car actually did it for me on his lunch break which I thought was very kind, along with doing extra services on my car with no charge. I will most definitely be going back in June for my next oil change! read more

Frank is the man! As manager of this MDT, he saw to it that my sheared lug nuts were removed so that I could install my spare tire. I was so happy with the service, that instead of installing my spare tire, I went ahead and purchased two tires as a replacement. Great team Frank! read more

This is the bet place to go should you need any tire help. I went in Sunday for a flat tire after reading all the good reviews and was readily helped. I was told they would get the job done but since I had a sailing class to attend I wasn't going to make it before they closed. The person who helped me charged my CC over the phone and put the keys inside the car and locked it. I picked it up later the same day with my spare key. They told me a few other issues I had to work on the car but never pushed for me to do anything. They were fast, courteous and super friendly. Helped me a lot. I also went back for a check tire pressure light and they patched up my tire that had a nail in it. Thank u guys. read more

Wheel alignment, front brakes, oil change, flushed brake system and the power steering. Gave me the options of doing them instead of pushing it like other mechanics. I recently had to fix a flat tire on a Sunday and after seeing these reviews decided to call. I spoke to Mike and told him I do a lot of driving and needed a good tired without spending a lot of money. Also, I have a BMW and my current tires are run flat and didn't want to spend the money on a run flat. We agreed on the tire which for Pirelli was a decent price. So heading to the Copiague location, I had stopped in the Lindenhurst thinking it was Copiague. I walked in and the person behind the counter was not very welcoming and it look like he was in a heated discussion with a customer. I looked at their business card and saw that it was Lindenhurst, immediately dashed out of there! Upon arriving at the Copiague location, I was greeted by Eric. I told i had called and I ask him what time would it take. He mention he would do the best he can. I was in and out in an hour. There is a small waiting area. The staff handled my car with care and they notice that some of my tires were missing the tire valve caps and put them on. I was at the beach in no time! read more

Had a good experience, everyone working there was courteous and respectful. There was a lady who greeted me when I walked in. I'not going to lie, being a woman and seeing a woman there made me feel somewhat at ease. The place is clean, with seats and water in the waiting room. I usually dread going to get oil changes because of the sales pitches to try to sell you their services. So as I sat in the waiting room, I got nervous every time one of the technicians came from the work area into the waiting area. They did eventually call me over to suggest some things that need attention, but they didn't try to scare my into buying these services. I also observed how professional and informative the manager(?) was to other customers. He also informed me that they had replaced a missing lug nut on my wheel, which of all the oil change places I've gone to, no one has ever brought it to my attention. Also, as I was driving off the manager waved goodbye to me! Little things like that make a difference and make customers want to come back. All in all, it was a great experience and i will definitely be going back! read more
